Description
Claims (31)
- 리세스부가 형성된 하우징과,광 가이드가 하나 이상의 내부 측벽의 부근에 있도록 상기 리세스부 내부에 위치된 광 가이드와,상기 광 가이드로부터 발산된 빛의 각분포를 한정하는 상기 광 가이드 내의 하나 이상의 광 적출 형상부를 포함하고,상기 리세스부는 하나 이상의 내부벽을 포함하고, 상기 광 가이드로부터 발산된 빛의 각분포는 상기 빛이 상기 내부 측벽을 사실상 비추지 않고 상기 리세스부로부터 각분산되도록 되어 있는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 적출 형상부는 상기 광 가이드의 중심선 축선을 따라 상기 광 가이드에 형성된 한 세트의 노치를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광 적출 형상부는 상기 광 가이드의 제1 중심선 축선을 따라 상기 광 가이드에 형성된 제1 세트의 노치와 상기 광 가이드의 제2 중심선 축선을 따라 상기 광 가이드에 형성된 제2 세트의 노치를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광 전송을 위하여 빛이 내부 전반사(TIR)를 거쳐서 상기 광 가이드 내로 입사하도록 위치된 하나 이상의 광원을 더 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 광원은 하나 이상의 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조명 장치는 광 고정구를 형성하는 조명 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스부는 링형 형상을 한정하는 조명 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 상에 거울 표면을 더 포함하고, 상기 거울 표면은 링형 형상의 리세스부에 의해 사실상 둘러싸여지는 조명 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 조명 장치는 콤팩트를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드로부터 발산된 빛의 각분포는 하우징으로부터 한정된 거리에서 링형 형상의 리세스부에 평행한 조명 평면을 향하여 상기 리세스부의 외부로 지향되는 조명 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 한정된 거리는 약 5 내지 50 cm인 조명 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드로부터 발산된 각분포된 빛은 상기 하우징으로부터 한정된 거리에서 사실상 중첩되는 조명 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 한정된 거리는 약 2 내지 50 cm인 조명 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 링 형상의 리세스부에 의해 형성된 링의 직경은 약 2 내지 50 cm인 조명 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 링 형상의 리세스부에 의해 형성된 링의 직경은 약 5 내지 10 cm인 조명 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광 적출 형상부는 상기 광 가이드의 제1 중심선 축선을 따라 상기 광 가이드에 형성된 제1 세트의 노치와 상기 광 가이드의 제2 중심선 축선을 따라 상기 광 가이드에 형성된 제2 세트의 노치를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1 세트의 노치는 상기 하우징의 중심을 향하는 방향으로 상기 리세스부의 하부면에 가장 근접하여 상기 광 가이드의 지점으로부터 약 5도 기울어져 위치되는 조명 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제2 세트의 노치는 상기 하우징의 중심으로부터 떨어지는 방향으로 상기 리세스부의 하부면에 가장 근접하여 상기 광 가이드의 지점으로부터 약 30도 기울어져 위치되는 조명 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 세트에서의 노치와 관련된 노치각은 약 80도인 조명 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 세트에서의 노치는 약 1.5 mm만큼 각각 분리되는 조명 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 세트에서의 노치와 관련된 노치 깊이는 약 0.3 mm인 조명 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 노치는 제1 세트에서의 2개의 노치가 제2 세트에서의 노치 각각을 분리하도록 배열되는 조명 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드는 직경이 약 5 mm인 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드로부터 발산된 빛의 각분포는 상기 광 가이드의 길이를 따라 사실상 균일한 조명 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스부는 기하학적 형상을 한정하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스부는 기호, 캐릭터 및 문자의 그룹으로부터 선택된 형상을 한정하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스부는 하우징(12) 내부에 3차원 윤곽을 한정하는 조명 장치.
- 리세스된 하우징 내부에 사실상 광 가이드를 위치 설정하는 단계와,상기 리세스된 하우징의 벽을 사실상 비추지 않고 빛의 각분포를 사실상 최대화시키기 위해서 상기 광 가이드로부터 발광하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 리세스된 하우징은 하나 이상의 내부 측벽을 한정하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 리세스된 하우징의 벽을 사실상 비추지 않고 빛의 각분포와 빛의 강도 모두를 사실상 최대화시키기 위해서 상기 광 가이드로부터 발광하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 리세스부가 형성된 하우징과,광 가이드가 하나 이상의 내부 측벽의 부근에 있도록 상기 리세스부 내부에 사실상 위치된 광 가이드를 포함하고,상기 리세스부는 하나 이상의 내부벽을 포함하고, 상기 광 가이드는 발광을위한 하나 이상의 수단이 형성되고, 상기 광 가이드로부터 발산된 빛의 각분포는 빛이 하나 이상의 내부 측벽을 사실상 비추지 않고 상기 리세스부로부터 각분산되도록 되어 있는 조명 장치.
- 제30항에 있어서, 발광을 위한 상기 수단은 노치를 포함하는 조명 장치.
