Claims (13)
- 구리(II) 전구물질을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 갖는 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;구리(II)의 구리(I)으로의 환원제 또는 상응하는 슈도할라이드의 염을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 갖는 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;반응 혼합물에서 제 1 미소유제와 제 2 미소유제를 합하는 단계; 및반응 혼합물로부터 나노 크기의 구리(I) 화합물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 나노 크기의 구리(I) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 미소유제 및 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계가, 실리콘 계면활성제, 글루코사이드계 계면활성제, 알킬페놀알콕실레이트, 알킬 폴리글라이코사이드, 알킬 암모늄 염, 유기설포네이트의 금속 염 및 설포석시네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 계면활성제를 비-극성 용매에 제공함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,낮은 극성의 용매 또는 비극성 용매에 계면활성제를 제공하는 단계가 계면활성제 및 보조 계면활성제를 낮은 극성의 용매 또는 비극성 용매에 제공함을 추가로 포함하고, 보조 계면활성제 대 계면활성제의 중량비가 약 1:5 내지 2:3인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,구리(II) 전구물질을 포함하는 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계에서, 구리(II) 전구물질이 할로겐화구리, 할로겐화구리-알칼리금속 할로겐화물 착체, 황산구리, 카복실산구리 및 구리 슈도할라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,구리(II)의 구리(I)으로의 환원제 또는 상응하는 슈도할라이드의 염을 포함하는 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계에서, 환원제가 아스코브산, 아스코브산 에스터, 황산의 염, 인산의 염 및 환원당으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,구리(II)의 구리(I)으로의 환원제 또는 상응하는 슈도할라이드의 염을 포함하는 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계에서, 상응하는 슈도할라이드의 염이 알칼리금속 사이아나이드, 티오사이아네이트, 아이소사이아나이드, 아이소티오사이아네이트, 사이아네이트, 아이소사이아네이트 및 셀레노사이아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,생성된 구리(II) 슈도할라이드를 나노 크기의 구리(I) 슈도할라이드로 열분해시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,나노 크기의 구리(I) 화합물을 반응 혼합물로부터 분리하는 단계에서, 나노 크기의 구리(I) 화합물이 600nm 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 염화구리(II)를 포함하되 염화구리(II)의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 30 미만인 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 환원제를 포함하되 환원제의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 약 30 미만의 극성 상 대 계면활성제 몰비를 갖는 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;제 1 미소유제와 제 2 미소유제를 합하여 반응 혼합물을 구성하는 단계; 및혼합물로부터 나노 크기의 염화구리(I)를 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, 나노 크기의 염화구리(I)를 제조하는 방법.
- 계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 구리(II) 전구물질을 포함하되 구리(II) 전구물질의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 30 미만인 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 극성 상에 가용성인 사이아나이드 염을 포함하되 사이아나이드 염의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 30 미만인 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;제 1 미소유제와 제 2 미소유제를 합하여 사이안화구리(II)를 생성시키는 단계;사이안화구리(II)를 열분해시켜 사이안화구리(I)를 생성시키는 단계; 및100nm 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 나노 크기의 사이안화구리(I)를 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, 나노 크기의 사이안화구리(I)를 제조하는 방법.
- 계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 구리(II) 전구물질을 포함하되 구리(II) 전구물질의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 30 미만인 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 극성 상에 가용성인 사이아나이드 염을 포함하되 사이아나이드 염의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 30 미만인 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;제 1 미소유제와 제 2 미소유제를 합하여, CN/Cu(I) 몰비가 1보다 큰 반응 혼합물을 구성하는 단계;카퍼(II) 사이아노큐프레이트 착체를 카퍼(I) 사이아노큐프레이트 착체로 열분해시키는 단계; 및카퍼(I) 사이아노큐프레이트 착체를 혼합물로부터 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, 나노 크기의 사이아노큐프레이트 착체를 제조하는 방법.
- 계면활성제 및 보조 계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 염화구리(II)를 포함하되 염화구리(II)의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 4 내지 약 20인 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;계면활성제 및 보조 계면활성제를 포함하는 낮은 극성 또는 비극성 연속상, 및 아스코브산, 아스코브산 에스터, 황산의 염, 인산의 염 및 환원당으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 극성 상에 가용성인 환원제를 포함하되 환원제의 나노 크기 소적을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 포함하고, 극성 상 대 계면활성제의 몰비가 약 4 내지 약 20인 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;제 1 미소유제와 제 2 미소유제를 합하여, 염화구리(I)를 형성시키는 단계; 및 나노 크기의 염화구리(I)를 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, 나노 크기의 염화구리(I)를 제조하는 방법.
- 구리(II) 전구물질을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 갖는 제 1 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;구리(II)의 구리(I)으로의 환원제 또는 상응하는 슈도할라이드의 염을 포함하는 불연속 극성 상을 갖는 제 2 미소유제를 제공하는 단계;반응 혼합물에서 제 1 미소유제와 제 2 미소유제를 합하는 단계; 및반응 혼합물로부터 나노 크기의 구리(I) 화합물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된, 나노 크기의 구리(I) 화합물.
