Claims (4)
- 적어도 하나의 연장된(extended) 초전도 요소를 포함하는 케이블 코어와, 상기 케이블 코어를 둘러싸는 유연한 관을 포함하는 초전도 케이블의 제조 방법으로서,a) 케이블 코어를 공급부로부터 연속적으로 공급하는 단계,b) 금속밴드를 공급부로부터 연속적으로 공급하는 단계,c) 상기 금속밴드를 케이블 코어 둘레의 슬로트 관으로 연속적으로 성형하고, 세로 솔기를 용접한 후, 용접된 관을 물결모양으로 성형하는 단계(이때, 물결모양관의 내경이 케이블 코어의 외경보다 큼),d) 케이블 코어와 물결모양관으로 구성된 초전도 케이블을 케이블 드럼에 감거나 적어도 1회 회전시키는 단계,e) 상기 케이블이 케이블 드럼에 감겨 있거나 적어도 1회 회전된 상태에서 케이블 코어의 끝단과 물결모양관의 끝단을 기계적으로 연결하는 단계,를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이블 코어는 초과길이 L을 가지고 물결모양 금속관에 놓이고, 초과길이는 ΔI = (R-r)π·2a(R은 물결모양관의 내부 반지름, r은 케이블 코어의 외부반지름, a는 회전수)가 되도록 금속밴드를 관으로 성형하거나 용접된 금속관을 물결모양 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 초과길이 ΔI는 적어도 0.25%에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 케이블 코어는 고온 초전도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
