Claims (7)
- 송풍 팬(71, fan)과,대략 역V자형의 단면 형상을 가지고, 냉매가 흐르는 배관(51)이 접속되어 있고, 상기 송풍 팬(71)의 상방을 덮도록 배치되는 열교환기(50)와,상기 송풍 팬(71)을 지지하는 지지 유닛(70)을 구비하고,상기 지지 유닛(70)의 각부는, 상기 송풍 팬(71)의 정상 부분의 높이 이하의 위치에 있는,공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기(50)는, 상기 송풍 팬(71)의 전방, 상방 및 후방을 덮도록 배치되는,공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 열교환기(50)는, 상기 송풍 팬(71)이 장착된 상태의 상기 지지 유닛(70)에 장착되는,공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2).
- 제3항에 있어서,전장품(電裝品)이 수용되고, 상기 송풍 팬(71)의 정상 부분의 높이 이하로 되도록 상기 지지 유닛(70)에 지지되는 전장품 상자(73)를 더 구비하고,상기 전장품 상자(73)는, 상기 지지 유닛(70)에 장착되는,공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2).
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 송풍 팬(71)은, 원통 형상을 가지고, 중심축이 수평이 되도록 배치되어 있고,상기 송풍 팬(71)을 회전 구동하고, 상기 송풍 팬(71)과 동축에 배치되는 구동 장치(72)를 더 구비하며,상기 전장품 상자(73)는, 상기 전장품 중 강전(强電) 부품(732)이 상기 구동 장치(72)와 축 방향에 나란하도록 배치되는,공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2).
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 송풍 팬(71)을 회전 구동하는 구동 장치(72)를 더 구비하고,상기 지지 유닛(70)은, 상기 송풍 팬(71), 상기 전장품 상자(73) 및 상기 구동 장치(72)를 정면에서 볼 때 하방으로부터 지지하고, 하면이 평탄하게 형성되어 있는,공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2).
- 송풍 팬(71)을 지지한 상태에 있어서 그 각부가 상기 송풍 팬(71)의 정상 부분의 높이 이하의 위치에 있는 지지 유닛(70)에, 상기 송풍 팬(71)을 장착하는 제1 스텝(S1)과,상기 제 1 스텝(S1)의 후에, 냉매가 흐르는 배관(51)이 접속되어 있고 상기 송풍 팬(71)의 상방을 덮도록 배치되는 열교환기(50)를 장착하는 제2 스텝(S2)과,상기 제 2 스텝(S2)의 후에, 상기 열교환기(50)의 배면측을 덮어 배면측 공기유로를 형성하는 배면 부재(8)를 장착하는 제3 스텝(S4)을 구비하는 공기 조화기(1)의 실내기(2)의 조립 방법.
