Claims (22)
- 광학 현미경을 사용하여 연속된 3 ㎟의 면을 관찰했을 때, 도전성 카본 블랙의 적어도 일부가 장경 20 내지 100 ㎛의 응집 입자로서 1 내지 100개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드와 도전성 카본 블랙을 포함하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 현미경을 사용하여 연속된 3 ㎟의 면을 관찰했을 때, 장경 20 내지 100 ㎛의 도전성 카본 블랙의 응집 입자가 1 내지 50개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 현미경을 사용하여 연속된 3 ㎟의 면을 관찰했을 때, 장경 20 내지 100 ㎛의 도전성 카본 블랙의 응집 입자가 2 내지 40개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 현미경을 사용하여 연속된 3 ㎟의 면을 관찰했을 때, 장경 20 내지 100 ㎛의 도전성 카본 블랙의 응집 입자가 2 내지 30개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도전성 카본 블랙의 디부틸프탈레이트(DBP)의 흡유량이 250 ㎖/100 g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펠릿상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿 표면의 복수의 부분에 대하여 표면 조도계를 사용하여 측정한 표면 조도(Ra)의 평균치가 0.3 내지 2.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 표면 조도(Ra)의 평균치가 0.4 내지 1.5 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿이 원주상으로서 직경 1.5 내지 3.5 mm, 길이 2.0 내지 3.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 카본 블랙의 양이 상기 마스터 배치의 중량에 대하여 5 내지 40 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 카본 블랙의 양이 상기 마스터 배치의 중량에 대하여 6 내지 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 마스터 배치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 마스터 배치를 폴리페닐렌에테르 및 경우에 따라 부가량의 폴리아미드와 용융 혼련함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드, 폴리페닐렌에테르 및 도전성 카본 블랙을 포함하는 도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 도전성 카본 블랙의 양이 도전성 카본 블랙을 제외한 모든 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 0.2 내지 5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 자동차 외판 제조용인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 사출 성형체.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 자동차 외판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 자동차 펜더인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 외판.
- 제17항에 있어서, 사출 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 외판.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 자동차 외판 표면의 복수의 부분에 대하여 주사형 프로브 현미경을 사용하여 측정한 표면 조도의 평균치가 0.05 내지 1 ㎛이되, 단, 이 표면 조도는 상기 자동차 외판 표면의 높이의 최대치와 최소치의 차이로서 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 외판.
- (1) 폴리아미드와 도전성 카본 블랙을 포함하며, 이 도전성 카본 블랙의 적어도 일부가 장경 20 내지 100 ㎛의 응집 입자로서 존재하는 도전성 마스터 배치를 제조하는 공정 및 (2) 얻어진 도전성 마스터 배치를 용융 상태의 폴리페닐렌에테르에 첨가하는 공정을 포함하는, 폴리아미드, 폴리페닐렌에테르 및 도전성 카본 블랙을 포함하는 도전성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (2)에 있어서, 폴리아미드를 상기 도전성 마스터 배치에 첨가하면서 동시에 용융 상태의 상기 폴리페닐렌에테르에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도전성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 도전성 마스터 배치로서 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 마스터 배치를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도전성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
