Claims (9)
- 분무되는 시멘트 조성물용 가속제의 제조 방법으로,(i) 선택적으로 1종 이상의 아민이 용해되어 있는 물에 황산알루미늄 및 수산화알루미늄을 용해시켜 투명한 용액을 수득하는 단계; 및(ii) 선택적으로 1종 이상의 소포제를 첨가하는 단계를 필수적으로 포함하고,성분의 비율은 최종 생성물이 황산알루미늄(Al2O3로서 측정됨) 3중량% 내지 12중량%, 비정질 수산화알루미늄 30중량% 이하, 아민 15중량% 이하, 소포제 3중량% 이하 및 안정화제 1.5몰/kg 이하를 함유하도록 존재하고, 상기 가속제가 추가로 글리콜산인 안정화제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,물에 추가로 1종 이상의 수용성 아민이 존재하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,1종 이상의 소포제가 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 소포제가 실리콘을 함유하지 않고 최대 3% 정도로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 용액이,(i) 선택적으로 1종 이상의 아민이 용해되어 있는 물에 황산알루미늄을 용해시키는 단계;(ii) 투명 용액이 수득될 때까지 (i)의 용액에 비정질 수산화알루미늄을 용해시키는 단계; 및(iii) 상기 투명 용액에 글리콜산을 첨가하는 단계에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 투명 용액에 1종 이상의 소포제를 첨가하는 방법.
- 황산알루미늄, 비정질 수산화알루미늄 및 글리콜산의 용액으로 필수적으로 구성되고, 아민 및 소포제를 선택적으로 함유하며, 황산알루미늄(Al2O3로서 측정됨) 3중량% 내지 12중량%, 비정질 수산화알루미늄 30중량% 이하, 아민 15중량% 이하, 소포제 3중량% 이하 및 글리콜산 1.5몰/kg 이하를 함유하는, 분무되는 시멘트 조성물용 가속제.
- 분무되는 시멘트 조성물용 가속제로서,(i) 선택적으로 1종 이상의 아민이 용해되어 있는 물에 황산알루미늄 및 수산화알루미늄을 용해시켜 투명한 용액을 수득하는 단계; 및(ii) 선택적으로 1종 이상의 소포제를 첨가하는 단계로 구성되고,성분의 비율은 최종 생성물이 황산알루미늄(Al2O3로서 측정됨) 3중량% 내지 12중량%, 비정질 수산화알루미늄 30중량% 이하, 아민 15중량% 이하, 소포제 3중량% 이하 및 안정화제 1.5몰/kg 이하를 함유하도록 존재하고, 상기 가속제가 추가로 글리콜산인 안정화제를 함유하는 방법에 의해 제조가능한 가속제.
- 분무에 의해 시멘트 조성물을 기재에 도포하는 방법으로서, 상기 조성물을 분무 노즐로 운반하고, 노즐에서 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가속제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
