Claims (2)
- 다수의 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판의 표준 시료에 대한 합금화도값을 구하는 단계와;상기 표준 시료에 대해 X선 회절 강도값을 구하는 단계와;상기에서 구한 X선 회절 강도값과 합금화도값을 하기의 관계식에 입력하여 상수 Ci를 구하는 단계와;측정 대상 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판에 대해 X선 회절 강도값을 구하는 단계와;하기의 식에 상기 X선 회절 강도값과 상수 Ci를 입력하여 상기 측정 대상 합금화 아연 도금 강판의 합금화도를 구하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 회절을 이용한 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판의 합금화도 측정 방법.Fe% =이때, 상기 관계식에서 Ci는 상수, i는 측정 회절 X선 수, I는 X선의 회절 강도를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 X선의 회절 각도(2θ)가 델타상에 대해서는 126도 내지 128도, 제타상에 대해서는 129도 내지 131도, 감마상에 대해서는 138도 내지 141도이고,적어도 상기 3상의 회절 각도에서 회절되는 X선의 회절 강도를 동시에 측정하여 합금화도를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 회절을 이용한 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판의 합금화도 측정 방법.
