Claims (17)
- 안테나 단자에 평행하게 접속된 송신 필터 및 수신 필터; 및상기 안테나 단자와 상기 송신 필터 및 수신 필터 중 적어도 하나 사이에 제공되는 정합 회로를 포함하는 듀플렉서에 있어서,상기 정합 회로의 일부는 고조파 억제용 트랩 회로를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트랩 회로는 억제하고자 하는 고조파에 대응되는 적어도 하나의 개방 스터브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 정합 회로는 상기 안테나 단자와 접지면 사이에 접속되는 병렬 인덕터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 송신 필터 및 수신 필터의 통과대역 내에서, 상기 개방 스터브는 용량성이고 그리고 상기 개방 스터브 및 상기 병렬 인덕터의 합성 리액턴스는 용량성인 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 병렬 인덕터는 적어도 약 20의 Q 지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정합 회로는 상기 안테나 단자에 접속된 제 1 병렬 커패시터, 직렬 인덕터 및 제 2 병렬 커패시터를 포함하고, 그리고 상기 제 1 병렬 커패시터는 상기 트랩 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 송신 필터 및 수신 필터 중 적어도 하나를 탑재하는 적어도 하나의 패키지; 및상기 패키지 및 상기 정합 회로의 일부가 구비된 다층 기판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 트랩 회로는 상기 다층 기판에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 정합 회로의 병렬 인덕터는 칩 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 정합 회로의 병렬 인덕터는 상기 다층 기판 내에 제공되는 단락 스터브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 송신 필터 및 수신 필터를 탑재하는 패키지를 더 포함하고, 상기 패키지는 또한 상기 정합 회로를 탑재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 정합 회로의 병렬 인덕터는 나선형 마이크로스트립 선로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 송신 필터 및 수신 필터 각각은 탄성 표면파 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 송신 필터는 상기 안테나 측에 접속된 제 1 직렬 탄성 표면파 공진기를 갖는 래더형 탄성 표면파 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 병렬 인덕터는 권선형 칩 코일인 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 래더형 탄성 표면파 필터는 T-형 래더 탄성 표면파 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 제 1 항에 따른 듀플렉서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
