Claims (7)
- 스트레치 필름을, 선단부가 개방된 통형의 스커트부의 외주에 나선형으로 권취 장착하면서 스커트부의 개방 단부 측으로 이동함으로써, 상기 스트레치 필름을 통형으로 형성하고,이 통형의 권취 장착 필름의 이동과 함께 스커트부 안으로부터 피포장재를 프레스한 상태에서 압출함으로써, 스커트부의 개방 단부로부터 조출되는 상기 통형의 권취 장착 필름 내에 상기 피포장재를 압입하고,상기 통형의 권취 장착 필름을 상기 피포장재의 양단부로부터 각각 이격된 위치에서 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장 방법.
- 선단부가 개방된 통형의 스커트부를 갖는 프레스 통과,프레스 통 내부에 투입된 피포장재를 축방향으로 압박함으로써 스커트부의 선단부 개방부 전방으로 압출하는 프레스 장치와,스커트부의 외주의 복수 부위에 설치되어 있고, 스커트부의 축방향 선단부 측을 향해 이동하는 필름 이송 컨베이어와,스커트부의 외측에 배치되어 있고, 스커트부의 축심과 직각인 방향으로 스트레치 필름을 스커트부의 주위에 필름 이송 컨베이어의 외측으로부터 권취 장착하는 링형 포장 장치와,스커트부의 개방 단부 전방에 배치되어 있고, 스커트부의 개방 단부로부터통형이 되어 이송되어 오는 권취 장착 필름을 스커트부의 개방 단부로부터 이격된 위치에서 절단하는 절단 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장 장치.
- 스트레치 필름을, 선단부가 개방된 통형의 스커트부의 외주에 나선형으로 권취 장착하면서 스커트부의 개방 단부 측으로 이동함으로써, 상기 스트레치 필름을 통형으로 형성하고,이 통형의 권취 장착 필름의 이동과 함께 스커트부 안으로부터 피포장재를 프레스한 상태에서 압출함으로써, 스커트부의 개방 단부로부터 조출되는 상기 통형의 권취 장착 필름 내에 상기 피포장재를 압입하고,상기 통형의 권취 장착 필름을 상기 피포장재의 양단부에서 각각 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장 방법.
- 보조 필름을, 선단부가 개방된 통형의 스커트부의 외주 중 적어도 대향한 2개의 지점으로부터 스커트부의 개방 단부 측으로 조출하는 동시에, 스트레치 필름을 스커트부의 외주에 상기 보조 필름의 외측으로부터 나선형으로 권취 장착하면서 상기 보조 필름과 함께 스커트부의 개방 단부 측으로 이동함으로써, 양 필름을 통형으로 형성하고,이 통형의 권취 장착 필름의 이동과 함께 스커트부 안으로부터 피포장재를 프레스한 상태에서 압출함으로써, 스커트부의 개방 단부로부터 조출되는 상기 통형의 권취 장착 필름 내에 상기 피포장재를 압입하고,상기 통형의 권취 장착 필름을 상기 피포장재의 양단부에서 각각 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장 방법.
- 선단부가 개방된 통형의 스커트부를 갖는 프레스 통과,프레스 통 내부에 투입된 피포장재를 축방향으로 압박함으로써 스커트부의 선단부 개방부 전방으로 압출하는 프레스 장치와,스커트부의 외주의 복수 부위에 설치되어 있고, 스커트부의 축방향 선단부 측을 향해 이동하는 필름 이송 컨베이어와,스커트부의 외측에 배치되어 있고, 스커트부의 축심과 직각인 방향으로 스트레치 필름을 스커트부의 주위에 필름 이송 컨베이어의 외측으로부터 권취 장착하는 링형 포장 장치와,스커트부의 개방 단부 위치에 배치되어 있고, 스커트부의 개방 단부를 폐쇄하는 한 쌍의 도어를 갖고, 양 도어의 대향 단부에 스커트부의 개방 단부로부터 통형이 되어 이송되어 오는 권취 장착 필름을 밀봉하는 밀봉 작용부와, 권취 장착 필름을 그 밀봉부에서 절단하는 절단 작용부를 설치한 프레스 통 개폐 도어 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스커트부의 외주부 중 적어도 축 직각 방향에 대향하는 2개의 지점에 설치되어 있고, 스커트부의 외주면에 따라서 그 선단부 측으로 보조 필름을 조출하는 보조 필름 공급 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 프레스 통 개폐 도어 장치의 한 쌍의 도어가 스커트부의 개방 단부를 가로지르는 방향에 대향하여 작동하고 또한 폐쇄 상태에서 양 도어의 측면에서 스커트부의 개방 단부를 폐쇄하도록 하여 설치되고, 스커트부 개방 단부의 각 절반은 개방 상태의 도어 단부에 가까운 측이 폐쇄 상태의 도어 단부에 가까운 측보다도 후퇴되도록 경사지고, 프레스 통 개폐 도어 장치의 한 쌍의 도어의 스커트부 측의 측면이 스커트부 개방 단부의 양 경사 절반을 각각 따르도록 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물 포장 장치.
