Claims (30)
- 화상 처리 수단(P1), 특히 소프트웨어 및/또는 컴포넌트의 업데이트 빈도를 감소시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 기기 체인(P3; appliance chain)으로부터 유도된 또는 이로 보내진 디지털 화상들의 화질을 변경하는 것을 가능하게 하고, 상기 기기 체인(P3)은 적어도 하나의 화상 캡쳐 기기 및/또는 적어도 하나의 화상 복원 기기를 포함하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 상기 기기 체인(P3)의 적어도 하나의 기기(P25)의 결함(P5)에 관련된 포맷팅된 정보(P4)를 사용하고, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 적어도 하나의 변수(P6)에 종속되며, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 상기 변수(P6)의 일부와 식별자(P8) 사이의 대응 관계(P7)를 설정하는 것을 가능하게 하고, 상기 식별자와 상기 화상(P2)을 고려함으로써 상기 식별자(P8)에 대응하는 상기 변수의 값(P26)을 상기 식별자들(P8)에 의해 결정하는 것이 가능하게 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 상기 변수들(P6)에 종속적인 적어도 하나의 파라미터화 모델(P10)의 파라미터들(P9)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변수(P6)의 상기 일부와 상기 식별자(P8) 사이의 상기 대응 관계(P7)는 대응 테이블(P11)에 의해 설정되는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 어느 한 버전의 배포 이전에 존재한 파라미터화 모델들(P10)에 관련된 포맷팅된 정보의 단편(fraction)을 식별하는 것이 가능한 방식으로,상기 파라미터화 모델들(P10)은 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 연속적인 업데이트들을 반영하는 방식으로 변화하고, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 연속적으로 사용되는 상기 파라미터화 모델(P29)에 대한 식별 엘리먼트(P12)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 상기 대응 관계(P7)를 사용함으로써 상기 식별자(P8)에 대응하는 상기 변수의 값(P26)을 결정하는 것을 가능하게 하는 방식으로,상기 식별자(P8)는 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 배포 후에 물리적인 의미 및 내용이 특히 Exif 타입의 포맷으로 정의된 필드(P13)를 지정하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 배포 후에 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 물리적인 의미 및/또는 값이 정의된 필드들의 값(P28)을 얻을 수 있게 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 상기 대응 관계(P7)를 사용함으로써 상기 식별자(P8)에 대응하는 상기 변수의 값(P26)을 결정하는 것을 가능하게 하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단의 배포 전에 생성된 화상들의 화질을 변경할 수 있게 하는 방식으로,상기 식별자(P8)는 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 배포 전에 물리적인 의미 및 내용이 특히 Exif 타입의 포맷으로 정의된 필드(P13)를 지정하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 배포 전에 상기 화상들이 존재하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 상기 화상(P2)에 관련된 데이터로부터 상기 식별자들(P8)에 의해 지정된 상기 필드(P13)의 값을 얻을 수 있게 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 상기 변수들의 넘버(P14)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)의 생성 시에 파라미터화 모델(P10)의 타입을 선택하는 것을 가능하게 하는 방식으로,상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 복수개의 형태의 파라미터화 모델들(P10)의 파라미터들을 포함할 수 있고, 파라미터화 모델 타입의 파라미터들은 파라미터화 모델의 타입에 대한 식별 엘리먼트(P15)에 의해 식별되고, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 파라미터화 모델의 타입에 대한 상기 식별 엘리먼트 (P15)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 파라미터화 모델(P10)의 상기 파라미터들(P9)의 값들이 상기 변수(P6)의 수학 함수(P16)를 식별하는 것을 가능하게 하고, 이러한 방법으로 식별된 상기 수학 함수(P16)는 상기 변수(P6)의 특정 값들의 함수로서 상기 화상의 화질을 변경하는 것을 가능하게 하는방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이하 일반 파라미터화 모델(P17)로 불리는 파라미터화 모델의 타입들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 일반 파라미터화 모델(P17)의 파라미터 값들이 상기 변수들(P6)의 어떠한 수학 함수라도 식별하는 것을 가능하게 하며, 이러한 방법으로 식별된 상기 수학 함수(P16)는 상기 변수(P6)의 특정 값들의 함수로서 상기 화상의 화질을 변경하는 것을 가능하게 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 데이터 처리 프로그램(P18) 및/또는 데이터 처리 프로그램들에 대한 링크(P19)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)의 배포 후에 정의된 특정한 컬러(P22)에 대한 컬러 평면(P20)을 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)이 계산할 수 있는 방식으로,상기 방법은 컬러 화상(P21)의 적어도 하나의 컬러 평면(P20)의 화질이 변경될 수 있는 처리 수단의 업데이트 빈도를 감소시키도록 설계되고, 상기 컬러 평면(P20)은 특정 컬러(P22)에 의해 특징지워지며, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 상기 특정 컬러에 관련된 데이터(P23)를 더 포함하는 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서, 적어도 하나가 상기 처리 수단의 배포 후에 정의된 결함들과 관련된 포맷팅된 정보를 사용함으로써 상기 처리 수단이 화질을 변경할 수 있는 방식으로,상기 특정 결함과 관련된 상기 데이터(P24)는 상기 특정 결함에 따라 화질을 변경하도록 적절히 사용될 수 있는 상기 포맷팅된 정보의 단편(P30)을 결정하는 것을 가능하게 하는 방법.
- 화상 처리 수단(P1), 특히 소프트웨어 및/또는 컴포넌트의 업데이트 빈도를감소시키기 위한 시스템에 있어서,상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 기기 체인(P3)으로부터 유도된 또는 이로 보내진 디지털 화상들의 화질을 변경하는 것을 가능하게 하고, 상기 기기 체인(P3)은 적어도 하나의 화상 캡쳐 기기 및/또는 적어도 하나의 화상 복원 기기를 포함하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단(P1)은 상기 기기 체인(P3)의 적어도 하나의 기기(P25)의 결함(P5)에 관련된 포맷팅된 정보(P4)를 사용하고, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 적어도 하나의 변수(P6)에 종속되며, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 상기 변수(P6)의 일부와 식별자(P8) 사이에 대응 관계(P7)를 설정하는 것을 가능하게 하고, 상기 식별자와 상기 화상(P2)을 고려함으로써 상기 식별자(P8)에 대응하는 상기 변수의 값(P26)을 상기 식별자들(P8)에 의해 결정하는 것이 가능한 시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 포맷팅된 정보(P4)는 상기 변수들(P6)에 종속적인 적어도 하나의 파라미터화 모델(P10)의 파라미터들(P9)을 포함하는 시스템.
