Claims (9)
- 격벽에 의해 구획되어 있고 축방향으로 관통하는 다수의 유통 구멍이 있는 하니컴 구조체로서,유로 세퍼레이터가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 유입구측 단부를 밀봉함으로써 유로 세퍼레이터가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 20℃ 내지 800℃에서의 열팽창 계수가 2×10-6/℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수의 하니컴 구조의 세그먼트가 일체화되어 이루어지는 하니컴 구조체로서, 상기 하니컴 구조 세그먼트의 적어도 하나에 유로 세퍼레이터가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유통 구멍의 수직 방향에 있어서의 단면적이 900 ㎟∼10000 ㎟인 하니컴 구조 세그먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 하니컴 구조 세그먼트의 열팽창 계수와의 차가 1.5×10-6/℃ 이하인 접합재를 이용하여 하니컴 구조 세그먼트를 접합함으로써 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질화규소, 탄화규소, 규소-탄화규소계 복합 재료, 멀라이트, 탄화규소-코데라이트계 복합 재료 및 알루미나에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 재료를 주성분으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 격벽에 의해 구획되어 있고 축방향으로 관통하는 다수의 유통 구멍이 있으며, 유로 세퍼레이터가 형성되어 이루어지는, 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 하니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서, 유로 세퍼레이터를 압출에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 격벽에 의해 구획되어 있고 축 방향으로 관통하는 다수의 유통 구멍이 있으며, 유로 세퍼레이터가 형성되어 이루어지는, 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 하니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서, 유로 세퍼레이터를 밀봉에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
