Claims (8)
- 차체의 주행방향의 끝부를 구성하는 부재가 완충장치로 되어 있고,상기 완충장치는 복수의 중공부를 가지는 복수의 압출형재로 이루어지고,상기 복수의 압출형재는 그 압출방향을 차체의 길이방향을 향하여 배치하고 있고,하나의 상기 압출형재의 압출방향에 있어서, 인접하는 상기 압출형재와의 사이에 판을 배치하고 있고,2개의 상기 압출형재의 길이방향 끝부를 상기 판에 접합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압출형재의 두께방향의 두께보다도 동일 방향의 상기 판의 크기는 크고, 상기 압출형재의 길이방향 끝부는 상기 판에 필릿용접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압출형재는 상하방향으로 다단으로 배치되어 있고,상단의 상기 압출형재의 상기 길이방향으로 끝부와 하단의 상기 압출형재의 상기 길이방향에 끝부는 상기 판에 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 판보다도 선두측의 상기 압출형재의 길이는 상기 판보다도 뒤쪽측의 압출형재의 길이보다도 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 차체의 주행방향의 끝부를 구성하는 부재가 완충장치로 되어 있고,상기 완충장치는 복수의 중공부를 가지는 압출형재로 이루어지고,상기 압출형재는 실질적으로 평행한 2매의 면판과, 이것에 접속하는 복수의 접속판으로 이루어지고,상기 압출형재는 그 압출방향을 차체의 길이방향을 향하고 있고,상기 압출형재의 폭방향의 한쪽의 끝부에는 상기 2매의 면판을 접합한 판이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 압출형재의 두께방향의 두께보다도 동일방향의 상기 판의 크기는 크고, 상기 압출형재의 길이방향 끝부는 상기 판에 필릿용접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 압출형재는 상하방향으로 다단으로 배치되어 있고, 상단의 상기 압출형재의 상기 적어도 한쪽의 끝부와 하단의 상기 압출형재의 상기 적어도 한쪽의 끝부는 상기 판에 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 완충장치는 상기 길이방향에 대하여 직교하는 단면에 있어서, 적어도 4개의 상기 압출형재를 사각형으로 배치하고 있고, 상기 압출형재의 폭방향의 한쪽 끝의 상기 2매의 면판은 실질적으로 직교하는 상기 압출형재의 상기 면판에 접합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일차량.
