Claims (18)
- a) 단량체(I)을 반응 하에서 단량체(II)로 연속 공급하거나, 또는b) 반응 베슬로 단량체(I)과 단량체(II)를 서로 다른 속도로 연속 공급함으로써,(이 때 단량체(I) 또는 단량체(II) 중 어느 하나가 분산될 고형물과 있는 그대로의 구배 공중합체 상태에서 또는 추가 화학 반응을 한 후의 구배 공중합체 상태에서 상호작용을 하는 구배 공중합체 기 내로 도입되고, 나머지 단량체가 액상 또는 고상 분산 매체와 혼화가능한 구배 공중합체 기 내로 도입되고,한편으로 단량체(I) 또는 단량체(I)의 추가 화학 반응으로 얻어진 생성물 중 어느 하나, 또는 다른 한편으로 단량체(II) 또는 단량체(II)의 추가 화학 반응으로 얻어진 생성물 중 어느 하나가 소수성 성질을 띠고, 이들 각각의 나머지 단량체 또는 이들 각각의 나머지 단량체의 추가 화학 반응으로 얻어진 생성물이 친수성 성질을 띠고, 소수성 및 친수성 성질은 다음과 같이 정의되고:친수성 성질은 용해도 매개변수(solubility parameter)가 22 J1/2/cm3/2이상일 때 존재하며, 소수성 성질은 용해도 매개변수가 22 J1/2/cm3/2미만일 때 존재한다.용어 "단량체(I)"과 "단량체(II)"는 한편으로 단량체(I)의 혼합물 그리고 다른 한편으로 단량체(II)의 혼합물을 포함한다.)중합체 사슬을 따라 친수성에서 소수성으로 전이하는 성질을 갖고 비중합성 단일 작용성 개시제를 이용하는 에틸렌 불포화 단량체의 리빙 제어 중합(living controlled polymerization)에 의하여 얻을 수 있는 구배 공중합체의 분산제로서의 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리빙 제어 중합이 원자 이동 라디칼 중합(atom transfer radical polymerization)인 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리빙 제어 중합이 기 이동 중합(group transfer polymerization)인 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리빙 제어 중합이 RAFT 중합인 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리빙 제어 중합이 1,1-디페닐에텐으로 수행되는 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리빙 제어 중합이 니트록실 화합물(NMP)로 수행되는 용도.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리빙 제어 중합이 유기코발트 착물로 수행되는 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구배 공중합체의 수평균 분자량 Mn이 2,000 내지 20,000 g/mol인 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산될 고형물과 상호작용하는 단량체가 아민 작용부가 산 사용으로 염 형태로 전환되거나, 또는 알킬화제와 반응하여 4 급 암모늄기를 형성하는 아미노알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트류 및 1-[2-(메트아크릴로일옥시)에틸]-2-이미다졸이디논로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바인더와 일반 코팅 보조물의 존재 하에 유기 용매 및/또는 물 내에 고형물을 분산시키기 위한 용도.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 고형물이 안료 및/또는 충전재인 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 바인더, 하나 이상의 유기 용매 및/또는 물, 안료 및/또는 충전재, 분산제 및 바람직하다면, 추가로 일반 보조물이 함께 분산된 코팅 조성물을 제조하기 위한 용도.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산될 상기 고형물이 구배공중합체로 코팅되는 용도.
- a) 단량체(I)을 반응 하에서 단량체(II)로 연속 공급하거나, 또는b) 반응 베슬로 단량체(I)과 단량체(II)를 서로 다른 속도로 연속 공급함으로써,(이 때 단량체(I) 또는 단량체(II) 중 어느 하나가 분산될 고형물과 있는 그대로의 구배 공중합체 상태에서 또는 추가 화학 반응을 한 후의 구배 공중합체 상태에서 상호작용을 하는 구배 공중합체 기 내로 도입되고, 나머지 단량체가 액상 또는 고상 분산 매체와 혼화가능한 구배 공중합체 기 내로 도입되고,한편으로 단량체(I) 또는 단량체(I)의 추가 화학 반응으로 얻어진 생성물 중 어느 하나, 또는 다른 한편으로 단량체(II) 또는 단량체(II)의 추가 화학 반응으로 얻어진 생성물 중 어느 하나가 소수성 성질을 띠고, 이들 각각의 나머지 단량체 또는 이들 각각의 나머지 단량체의 추가 화학 반응으로 얻어진 생성물이 친수성 성질을 띠고, 소수성 및 친수성 성질은 다음과 같이 정의되고:친수성 성질은 용해도 매개변수(solubility parameter)가 22 J1/2/cm3/2이상일 때 존재하며, 소수성 성질은 용해도 매개변수가 22 J1/2/cm3/2미만일 때 존재한다.용어 "단량체(I)"과 "단량체(II)"는 한편으로 단량체(I)의 혼합물 그리고 다른 한편으로 단량체(II)의 혼합물을 포함한다.)중합체 사슬을 따라 친수성에서 소수성으로 전이하는 성질을 갖고 비중합성 단일 작용성 개시제를 이용하는 에틸렌 불포화 단량체의 리빙 제어 중합에 의하여 얻을 수 있는 구배 공중합체를 분산제로서 함유하는 코팅 조성물, 페이스트 및/또는 몰딩 화합물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 구배 공중합체의 수평균 분자량 Mn이 2,000 내지 20,000 g/mol인 코팅 조성물, 페이스트 및/또는 몰딩 화합물.
- 제 14항 또는 제 15항에 있어서, 바인더와 일반 코팅 보조물의 존재 하에 하나 이상의 고형물, 유기 용매 및/또는 물을 함유하는 코팅 조성물, 페이스트 및/또는 몰딩 화합물.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 고형물이 안료 및/또는 충전재인 코팅 조성물, 페이스트 및/또는 몰딩 화합물.
- 제 16항 또는 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 고형물이 구배 공중합체로 코팅되는 코팅 조성물, 페이스트 및/또는 몰딩 화합물.
