Abstract
Disclosed is a front block assembly whose structure is improved to effectively prevent the loss of soil from the front surface. It is provided with a plurality of through holes 15 are formed in the front surface block 10 at regular intervals, and are coupled to each through hole 15 and embedded in an inclined surface. The front block 10 may be cast by molding concrete or molded of a synthetic resin material, and the support 30 may be formed of wood or metal. In addition, each through hole 15 is coupled to the hollow bush 20 for guiding the strut 30 to be coupled. The bush 20 prevents damage to the front block 10 when embedding the strut 30 on the inclined surface through the through hole 15. In addition, it has a structure in which the engaging jaw (11) 12 is engaged with the other front block adjacent to both ends of the front block 10. Such an assembly forms a through hole in the front block so that a portion of the struts is embedded in the inclined surface, thereby stably fixing the front block to the inclined surface, thereby effectively preventing the loss of soil. In addition, the bush is coupled to the through hole of the front block to protect the front block around the through hole during the embedding of the struts to prevent damage to the front block and extend the life.
Description
The present invention relates to a front block assembly that is installed to prevent soil loss of the inclined ground, and more particularly to a front block assembly whose structure is improved to effectively prevent the loss of soil from the surface.
In general, when developing land such as roads, houses, and factories, an incision surface is generated in a mountainous area or a slope, and such an incision is protected by covering the cut or rock layers of the surface with soil, and then vegetation greening.
In general, in order to prevent the soil on the incision surface from flowing down, the assembly blocks (surface blocks) formed of cement or synthetic resin are assembled in a lattice shape, and the soil is filled therebetween, and then the grass is moved again. How to protect the surface by planting or sowing, or spreading the wire mesh so that the cut or the entire rock is covered on the cut or rock, and then spraying the vegetation soil mixed with adhesive on it and spraying the grass seed again by spraying. Protect the legal face.
The surface protection method using the lattice-type frontal block shows good results for plant growth and all-round effect, but it can be used only for relatively low incisions, but it is a high and wide cut or rock cutting method in the construction of mountain roads. It is not used properly for cotton.
In addition, since the normal block is molded to a thin thickness during transportation and construction, the thickness embedded in the surface when installed on the surface is thin, there is a risk of being lost with the soil in bad weather such as heavy rain.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, to provide a front block assembly that can be stably applied to the bad surface such as steep slope and effectively prevent the loss of soil.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a front block assembly whose structure is improved to prevent damage to the front block when the front block is installed and to improve assembly.
