Claims (18)
- 200Å 이상의 평균 세공 직경과 약 0.70 g/㎤ 미만의 외관 부피 밀도 중 적어도 한 가지 성질을 포함하는 알루미나 지지체 상에, 구리 성분과 적어도 하나의 VIII족 금속 성분, 및 Ag, Au 성분 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 아세틸렌의 선택적 수소화 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Ag, Au 성분 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 VIII족 금속 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 VIII족 금속 성분 및 Ag, Au 성분 또는 이들의 혼합물 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 VIII족 금속 성분, Ag 성분 및 Au 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, VIII족 금속 성분이 Pd를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Zn 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 200Å 이상의 평균 세공 직경을 갖는 알루미나 지지체를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 0.70 g/㎤ 미만의 외관 부피 밀도를 갖는 알루미나 지지체를 포함하는 촉매.
- 구리 성분과 적어도 하나의 VIII족 금속 성분 및 Zn 성분을 포함하는, 아세틸렌의 선택적 수소화 촉매.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, Ag, Au 성분 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 약 0.1 내지 25 wt% Cu를 포함하는 촉매.
- 적어도 부분적인 액체상인 아세틸렌을 함유하는 공급물을 상기 아세틸렌을 선택적으로 수소화하기 위한 조건 하에서 제 1 항에 따른 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 아세틸렌의 선택적 수소화 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 선택적 수소화 동안 촉매 상에 가용성 중합체가 지속적으로 침착되어 아세틸렌을 선택적으로 수소화하기 위한 상기 촉매의 활성을 감소시키는 바, 상기 수소화를 간헐적으로 중지시키고, 상기 가용성 중합체에 대한 용매를 상기 촉매와 접촉시켜 상기 중합체 일부를 제거함으로써 상기 선택적 수소화 촉매의 활성을 일부 회복시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 테트라하이드로퓨란, 퓨란, 1,4-다이옥산, 에테르, 감마-부티로락톤, 벤젠 또는 톨루엔 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 따른 촉매와 적어도 부분적으로 액체상인 아세틸렌 함유 공급물을 상기 아세틸렌을 선택적으로 수소화시키기 위한 조건 하에서 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 아세틸렌의 선택적 수소화 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 선택적 수소화 동안 촉매 상에 가용성 중합체가 지속적으로 침착되어 아세틸렌을 선택적으로 수소화하기 위한 상기 촉매의 활성을 감소시키는 바, 상기 수소화를 간헐적으로 중지시키고, 상기 가용성 중합체에 대한 용매를 상기 촉매와 접촉시켜 상기 중합체 일부를 제거함으로써 상기 선택적 수소화 촉매의 활성을 일부 회복시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 테트라하이드로퓨란, 퓨란, 1,4-다이옥산, 에테르, 감마-부티로락톤, 벤젠 또는 톨루엔 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 방법.
