Claims (17)
- 분말 X-선 회절패턴에서 5 내지 15Å 범위에서 반사를 적어도 나타내는 유사-결정 수화 마그네슘-알루미늄 히드록시 카르복실레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 수화 마그네슘 히드록시 카르복실레이트 및/또는 수화 알루미늄 히드록시 카르복실레이트를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 알루미늄 옥시드를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 카르복실레이트는 아세테이트 또는 포르메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물내 알루미늄에 대한 마그네슘의 몰비율은 0.5 내지 5.0인 것을특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,조성물내 알루미늄에 대한 마그네슘의 몰비율은 0.75 내지 5.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 알루미늄 공급원과 마그네슘 카르복실레이트가 3.5 내지 6.5 범위의 pH에서 에이징되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 카르복실레이트는 마그네슘 아세테이트 또는 마그네슘 포르메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 공급원은 알루미늄염, 슈도베마이트, 비결정 알루미늄 히드록시드 겔 분말 또는 그의 조합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에이징은 수열조건하에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에이징은 2개의 분리된 단계로 진행되는데, 한 단계는 열조건하에, 한 단계는 수열조건하에 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방법은 연속방법으로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물이 300° 내지 1200℃ 범위의 온도에서 하소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 Mg-Al 고용체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물이 하소되고, 하소된 생성물이 계속해서 재수화되어 음이온 클레이가 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온 클레이의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 Mg-Al 고용체.
- 제 14 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 음이온 클레이.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 촉매조성물.
