Claims (25)
- 육방정의 M형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트를 주상으로 하는 산화물 자성재료로서,Sr, Ba, Pb, 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 구성되는 A,Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로, 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소인 R, 그리고Fe를 구비하고,A, R, 및 Fe의 각각의 조성비율은식(1) (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3로 표현되는 식(1)에 있어서,0.05≤x≤0.35.0≤n≤6.5인 산화물 자성재료에,육방정의 W형 마그네트 플럼바이트형 구조를 가지는 페라이트를 주상으로 하는 산화물 자성재료로서, M을 Co, Ni, Mn 및 Zn으로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 한 때,식(2) AO·2MO·8Fe2O3(AM2Fe16O27)로 표현되는 산화물 자성재료를 0.6중량% 이상 20.8중량% 이하 첨가한 산화물 자성재료.

- SrCO3, BaCO3, PbO 및 CaCO3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 원료분말과, Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 산화물로 반드시 La2O3를 포함하는 산화물의 원료분말과, Fe2O3의 원료분말을 혼합하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료혼합분말을 1100℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb, 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi 로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소, 0.05≤x≤0.3, 5.0≤n≤6.5)의 조성식으로 표현되고, M형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,SrCO3, BaCO3, PbO 및 CaCO3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원료분말과, Co, Ni, Mn 및 Zn으로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 산화물원료분말과, Fe2O3의 원료분말을 혼합하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료혼합분말을 1100℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 AO·2MO·8Fe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, M은 Co, Ni, Mn 및 Zn으로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)의 조성식으로 표현되고, W형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 M형 마그네트 플러바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체에 상기 W형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체를 0.6중량% 이상 20.8중량% 이하 첨가하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 염화물, Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소R의 염화물로 반드시 La의 염화물을 포함하는 염화물, 및 Fe의 염화물이 용해된 pH〈6의 혼합용액을 준비하는 공정과,상기 혼합용액을 800℃ 이상 1400℃ 이하의 가열분위기 중에서 분무하는 것에 의하여 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb, 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi 로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소, 0.05≤x≤0.3, 5.0≤n≤6.5)의 조성식으로 표현되고, M형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,SrCO3, BaCO3, PbO, 및 CaCO3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원료분말과, Co, Ni, Mn 및 Zn으로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 산화물 원료분말과, Fe2O3의 원료분말을 혼합하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료혼합분말을 1100℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 AO·2MO·8Fe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, M은 Co, Ni, Mn 및 Zn으로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)의 조성식으로 표현되고, W형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 M형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트의 가소체에 상기 W형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 가지는 페라이트 가소체를 0.6중량% 이상 20.8중량% 이하 첨가하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법에 의하여 형성되는 가소체를 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도가 0.2㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위내에 있는 페라이트 분쇄분말을 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 분쇄분말을 900℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 다시 가소하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원소M의 산화물의 일부 또는 전부로 치환되고, 원소M의 수산화물을 이용하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제3항, 제5항, 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원료혼합분말에, 원소A 또는 원소R의 황산염을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합용액에, 원소A 또는 원소R의 황산염을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정, 상기 혼합용액을 준비하는 공정 및 상기 페라이트 가소체를 분쇄하는 공정 가운데 적어도 하나의 공정에서, B2O3및/또는 H3BO3를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나에 기재된 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법에 의하여 형성된 가소체를 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도를 0.2㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위내로 하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법에 의하여 형성되는 가소체에, CaO, SiO2, Cr2O3및 Al2O3(CaO:0.3중량% 이상 1.5중량% 이하, SiO2:0.2중량% 이상 1.0중량% 이하, Cr2O3:0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하, Al2O3:0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하)를 첨가한 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 가소체 혼합분말을 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도를 0.2㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위 내의 페라이트 분쇄분말을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말을 포함하는 자기기록매체.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말을 포함하는 자기기록매체.
- 제2항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말을 포함하는 본드자석.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말에서 제조되는 본드자석.
- 제2항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말을 포함하는 소결자석.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말에서 제조되는 소결자석.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 자석분말에 대하여 열처리를 수행하는 공정과,상기 열처리가 시행된 자석분말에서 본드자석을 제조하는 공정을 포함하는 자석의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 700℃ 이상 1100℃ 이하의 온도에서 실행되는 자석의 제조방법
- 제2항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말에서 형성되는 소결자석으로 CaO, SiO2, Cr2O3및 Al2O3를 포함하고, 각각의 첨가량이,CaO : 0.3중량% 이상 1.5중량% 이하,SiO2: 0.2중량% 이상 1.0중량% 이하,Cr2O3: 0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하,Al2O3: 0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하인 소결자석.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 자석분말을, 농축, 혼련, 자장중 성형 또는 무자장중 성형, 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 소결자석의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 자석분말을, 농축, 혼련, 건조, 해쇄, 자장중성형 또는 무자장중성형, 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 소결자석의 제조방법.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 분쇄시 또는 혼련시 분산제를 고형분 비율로 0.2중량% 이상 2.0중량% 이하 첨가하는 소결자석의 제조방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항 또는 제20항에 기재된 자석을 구비하는 회전기.
- 제1항에 기재된 산화물 자성재료를 포함하는 박막자성층을 구비하는 자기기록매체.
