Claims (19)
- (1) 디알데히드를 화학식 1의 알콜과 수소화 촉매의 존재하에 암모니아 및 수소와 반응시킴으로써 대응하는 디아민을 합성하고,(2) 공정 (1)에서 수득되는 반응 혼합액을 증류함으로써 당해 반응 혼합액으로부터 화학식 1의 알콜을 분리 회수하고,(3) 공정 (2)에서 수득되는 증류 잔사를 정제함으로써 디아민을 분리 취득하고,(4) 공정 (2)에서 수득되는 화학식 1의 알콜의 적어도 일부를 공정 (1)에 공급하여 디아민을 합성할 때에 공정 (1)의 반응기내에 함유되는 화학식 2의 1급 아민의 양에 대하여 암모니아의 양을 200배 몰 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디아민의 제조 방법.화학식 1R-OH화학식 2R-NH2상기식에서,R은 메틸 그룹 또는 에틸 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디알데히드가 직쇄 지방족 디알데히드, 측쇄 지방족 디알데히드, 지환식 디알데히드 또는 방향족 디알데히드인 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 직쇄 지방족 디알데히드가 부탄디알, 헥산디알, 옥탄디알,노난디알, 데칸디알, 운데칸디알, 도데칸디알, 테트라데칸디알, 헥사데칸디알, 옥타데칸디알 또는 에이코산디알이고, 측쇄 지방족 디알데히드가 2-메틸옥탄디알, 2-메틸노난디알 또는 2,7-디메틸옥탄디알이며 지환식 디알데히드가 1,3-사이클로헥산디카브알데히드, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카브알데히드, 3(4),8(9)-트리사이클로 [5.2.1.0]데칸디카브알데히드 또는 2(3),5(6)-비사이클로[2.2.1]헵탄디카브알데히드이고, 방향족 디알데히드가 테레프탈알데히드 또는 이소프탈알데히드인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디알데히드가 직쇄 지방족 디알데히드와 측쇄 지방족 디알데히드와의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 디알데히드가 1,9-노난디알과 2-메틸-1,8-옥탄디알과의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디알데히드의 농도가 반응액 전체에 대하여 5 내지 3O중량%의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜의 사용량이 디알데히드에 대하여 0.5 내지 50배 중량의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알콜의 사용량이 디알데히드에 대하여 2 내지 10배 중량의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매로서 라니 촉매 또는 수소화 활성을 갖는 금속을 담체에 담지하여 이루어진 담지 촉매를 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 라니 촉매가 라니 니켈, 라니 코발트 또는 라니 구리이고, 담지 촉매가 니켈, 코발트, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄 또는 구리를 규조토, 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카알루미나, 점토, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 마그네시아, 칼시아, 산화란타늄, 산화니오븀 또는 탄소에 담지하여 이루어진 담지 촉매인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매의 사용량이 반응 혼합물에 대하여 O.O1 내지 3O중량%의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수소화 촉매의 사용량이 반응 혼합물에 대하여 O.1 내지 10중량%의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아의 사용량이 디알데히드에 대하여 2 내지 300배 몰의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 암모니아의 사용량이 디알데히드에 대하여 5 내지 100배 몰의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 암모니아의 사용량이 디알데히드에 대하여 5 내지 50배 몰의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 40 내지 200℃의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 100 내지 180℃의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 압력이 수소 분압으로서 0.1 내지 20MPa의 범위내인 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 반응 압력이 수소 분압으로서 0.5 내지 15MPa의 범위내인 제조 방법.
