Claims (14)
- 2개의 인공 삽입물 판(5, 53)과, 이들 판(5, 53)에 의해 둘러싸인 인공 삽입물 코어(77)로 구성된 척추간 관내 인공 삽입물을 삽입하기 위한, 단부가 개방되고 서로로부터 벌려질 수 있는 2개의 인공 삽입물 홀더(3, 52)를 포함하는 외과용 기구에 있어서,상기 인공 삽입물 홀더(3, 52) 내에 위치된 인공 삽입물 판(5, 53)으로부터 그리고/또는 인접 척추뼈 중 적어도 하나로부터 상기 기구를 회수하기 위한 회수 장치가 제공되고, 상기 회수 장치는 인공 삽입물 제한 멈춤쇠(15, 82) 및/또는 척추뼈 제한 멈춤쇠(16, 96)를 갖는 슬라이드(12, 81)를 각각의 인공 삽입물 홀더(3, 52) 상에 구비하고, 상기 슬라이드는 양쪽 슬라이드의 이동을 결합시키기 위한 간격-독립 장치(28, 29, 90, 91)를 갖는 작동 장치에 의해 후퇴 단부 위치와 전진 단부 위치 사이에서 슬라이드 안내부(10, 80) 내에서 변위 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회수 장치와 핸들(20) 사이에 구동력을 전달하기 위한 장치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전동 장치는 레버 배열(20 내지 23)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 핸들(20)은 전동 장치(20 내지 23)와 함께 사용되는 경우, 상기 기구가 작동 위치에 위치될 때 기구에 용이하게 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핸들(20)과 전동 장치(20 내지 23)는 겸자에 의해 형성되고, 상기 겸자와 상기 기구는 작용 레버(22) 중 하나 상에 상보적인 결합 수단(24, 25)을 갖는 한편, 다른 작용 레버(23)는 상기 슬라이드(12) 상에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 회수 장치와 이와 상호 작용하는 슬라이드(12)의 부품(13) 사이에, 이들의 이동을 결합시키기 위해 간격-독립 장치로서 로커(28)가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 장치는 2개의 인공 삽입물 홀더(52) 중 하나에만 고정식으로 연결된 기구 본체(51) 상에 배열되고, 상기 인공 삽입물 홀더의 슬라이드(81)는 간격-독립 결합부(90, 91)를 통해 다른 슬라이드(81)의 피동 부품(85)과 맞물리는 구동기 부품(84)에 이동에 대해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 구동기 부품(90)과 피동 부품(91)은 회수 방향으로 안내되는 제한 멈춤쇠로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 인공 삽입물 홀더(52) 중 하나에 고정식으로 연결된 상기 기구 본체(51)는 파지부(87)를 갖는 푸시 로드(86)를 포함하고, 로드는 관련된 슬라이드(81)에 이동에 대해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 슬라이드(12, 81)는 인공 삽입물 제한 멈춤쇠(15, 82)와 척추뼈 제한 멈춤쇠(16, 96)를 갖고, 깊이 방향에서 이들 제한 멈춤쇠 사이의 간격은 변할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제10항에 있어서, 인공 삽입물 제한 멈춤쇠(15, 82)와 척추뼈 제한 멈춤쇠(16, 96) 사이의 간격을 바꾸기 위한 조절 장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조절 장치는 슬라이드(12, 81) 상에 배열되고 2개의 제한 멈춤쇠(16, 96) 중 하나에 대해 나사식 스핀들(31, 97)을 구비한 슬라이드 안내부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조절 장치는 조절 눈금(32, 98)을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 인공 삽입물 홀더(52)를 지지하는 기구 부품들(51, 73) 사이의 운동학적 연결부(56, 57, 90, 91)는, 기구 방향으로 연장하고 폭이 인공 삽입물 코어(77)와 이에 대한 삽입 기구(76)의 폭에 적어도 대응하는 중심 관통-개구 외부에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
