Claims (12)
- 아우터 패널과 인너 패널이 공간을 통한 폐단면 구조를 취하여 결합된 패널 구조체에 있어서,인너 패널 전체면에 걸쳐 복수개의 파형 비드가 대략 평행하게 설치되고, 인너 패널의 단면이 파형 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 파형 형상이 사인 곡선 또는 사인 n승 곡선인 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 파형 비드가 패널 구조체의 길이 방향에 대하여 평행 방향 또는 경사 방향, 또는 패널 구조체의 대략 중심에 대하여 동심원 형상, 이들의 조합인 2중파 형상으로부터 선택되는 배열로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아우터 패널과 인너 패널중 어느 하나가 알루미늄 합금제, 또는 강제등의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인너 패널의 단면 파형 형상이, 파형의 파장을 p, 보행자의 두부 외경을 d라고 했을 때, 0.7<p/d<1.7을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인너 패널의 단면 파형 형상이, 파고를 h, 보행자의 두부 외경을 d라 했을 때, 0.15<h/d<0.3을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인너 패널의 일부에 보강판을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인너 패널의 파형 비드 부분에 있어서, 인너 패널과 아우터 패널이 유연하게 결합되어 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인너 패널의 파형 비드 부분에 있어서의 아우터 패널과의 유연한 접합부가 지그재그 형상으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 파형 형상이 스플라인 함수로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아우터 패널이 강제이고, 인너 패널이 알루미늄 합금제의 파형 인너인 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아우터 패널이 강제이고, 인너 패널이 알루미늄 합금제의 콘형 인너 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는차체 후드용 패널 구조체.
