Description
Claims (31)
- 금속 주물의 형성 및 열처리를 위한 일체식 금속 처리 설비이며,주물을 형성하기 위해 일련의 주형에 용융된 금속을 주입하는 주입 스테이션과,주물을 열처리하기 위해 일 이상의 열처리 스테이션을 포함하는 열처리 유닛과,주물을 상기 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 유닛으로 이동시키는 이송 시스템과,주물을 주물의 금속에 대한 처리 제어 온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지하도록 열처리 스테이션으로 주물을 도입하기 전에 주물에 열을 인가하기 위해 주물의 이동 경로를 따라 배치된 열원을 포함하여,주물이 열처리 스테이션으로 도입될 때까지 주물이 처리 제어 온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지되면서, 주물이 상기 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 유닛으로 이동함에 따라 주물의 용융된 금속은 응고되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이송 시스템은 주물을 함께 갖는 주형을 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 스테이션으로 파지 및 이동시키도록 구성된 로봇식 또는 기계식 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열원은 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 라인으로의 이송 중에 주물로 열을 인가하기 위해 이송 시스템에 장착된 가열 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 스테이션의 입구 단부에 인접하여 위치된 처리 온도 제어 챔버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제4항에 있어서, 처리 온도 제어 스테이션은 주물이 통과 이동하는 복사 챔버를 포함하고, 상기 열원은 열을 복사 챔버에 공급하기 위해 처리 온도 제어 스테이션을 따라 장착된 일련의 가열 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가열 요소는 복사 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자는 대류 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자는 연료 공급부에 연결된 일련의 버너를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 라인은 열처리 스테이션을 각각 한정하는 복수개의 노 챔버를 갖는 노를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 라인은 주물이 상기 열처리 스테이션으로 도입되기 전에 수용되는 긴 챔버를 포함하는 공정 온도 제어 스테이션과, 주물의 냉각이 정지되고 그에 따라 주물이 공정 제어 온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지되는 내부의 가열된 환경을 생성하기 위해 상기 챔버로 열을 공급하는 복수개의 열원을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 금속 처리 설비.
- 금속 주물을 형성하고 처리하는 방법이며,주형에 용융된 금속을 주입하는 단계와,주물을 형성하도록 용융된 금속을 응고하기에 충분한 온도로 주형 내의 용융된 금속을 냉각하는 것을 허용하는 단계와,주물이 열처리 라인의 열처리 스테이션 내로 이동될 때 주물의 냉각을 억제시키는 단계 및 주물을 주물의 금속에 대한 공정 제어 온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지하는 단계와,주물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물의 냉각을 억제시키는 단계 및 주물을 공정 제어 온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지하는 단계는, 주물의 금속에 대한 용액 열처리 온도 이상으로 주물을 가열하지 않고서 주물의 냉각을 정지시키기에 충분한 온도로 주물에 열을 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 주물의 냉각을 억제시키는 단계 및 주물을 공정 제어 온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지하는 단계는, 주물에 열을 인가하기 위해 내부에 장착된 일련의 열원을 갖는 복사 챔버를 통해 주물을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 열원은 주물 쪽으로 열을 복사하는 복사 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 열원은 주물 쪽으로 가열된 매체의 유동을 유도하는 대류 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물을 이송하는 단계는 주형으로부터 주물을 제거하는 단계와, 그 후 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 라인으로 주물을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물을 이송하는 단계는 내부에 주물이 포함된 주형을 이송 기구와 결합시키는 단계와, 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 라인용 입구 컨베이어로 주물을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 주물의 냉각을 억제시키는 단계는 주물 및 주형이 열처리 라인으로 이송됨에 따라 이송 기구에 장착된 열원으로부터 주물 쪽으로 열을 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물 배치 내에서 주물을 가열하기 위해 주물을 배스킷 내로 적재하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 복사 챔버로부터 열처리 스테이션 내로 폐가스와 열을 유도하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물의 냉각을 억제하는 단계는 주입 스테이션으로부터 열처리 라인으로 주물을 이송하는 중에 주물에 열을 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물을 열처리하기 전에 주형으로부터 칠을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 용융 금속으로 형성된 주물을 처리하는 시스템이며,주물을 형성하기 위해 일련의 주형으로 용융 금속이 주입되는 주입 스테이션과,상기 주입 스테이션으로부터 하류측에 위치한 열처리 라인을 포함하고,상기 열처리 라인은,주물이 열처리를 위해 통과되는 적어도 하나의 열처리 노와,상기 열처리 노에서 상류 측에 위치하고, 열처리 전에 주물이 통과되는 챔버를 구비하며, 금속 주물의 처리 제어 온도 이상에서 주물의 냉각을 충분히 억제하도록 상기 챔버 내에서 주물에 열을 인가하는 일련의 가열 요소들을 구비하는 처리 온도 제어 스테이션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 주입 스테이션으로부터 상기 열처리 라인으로 주물을 이송하는 이송 기구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소는 복사 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소는 대류 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소는 연료 공급원에 연결된 일련의 버너를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 챔버는 주물이 통과할 때 열을 주물로 유도하는 복사 재료를 포함하는 천장 및 측벽을 구비한 긴 터널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 이송 기구에 장착되고, 주물이 상기 주입 스테이션으로부터 상기 열처리 라인으로 수송되는 동안 주물에 열을 가하도록 구성된 열원을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 라인은 열처리 스테이션을 각각 한정하는 복수의 노 챔버를 갖는 노를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 주입 스테이션으로부터 주물을 수용하고, 연속하는 주물이 그 안에 위치될 때 상기 처리 온도 제어 스테이션 안밖으로 왕복 이동 가능한 수집 트레이를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
