Description
Claims (8)
- 빛을 송신하는 전송 파이버와;상기 전송부와 동축으로 위치하여 빛을 수신하는 수신 파이버와;상기 전송 파이버 및 수신 파이버 사이에서 빛을 흡수하여 전송광량을 조절하는 차단막과;상기 차단막을 구동시키기 위한 액츄에이터;를 포함하여 구성된 가변 광감쇠기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차단막은 실리콘을 재질로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광감쇠기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차단막은 도파로인것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광 감쇠기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차단막은 빛의 일부는 광축과 상관없는 방향으로 반사하고, 나머지는 내부로 흡수하여 상기 전송 파이버 및 수신 파이버와 무관한 지역에서 빛을 소실시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광 감쇠기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차단막은 약 30%는 반사하고, 약 70%는 내부로 빛을 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광감쇠기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차단막은 선단부로부터 외부 반사영역과, 내부 전반사영역 및 소실영역으로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광감쇠기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 반사영역은 웨지 형상을 나타내며, 내부 전반사 영역 및 소실영역은 직사각형 형상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광감쇠기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 반사영역 및 소실영역은 웨지 형상을 나타내며, 내부 전반사 영역은 직사각형 형상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 광감쇠기.
