Claims (4)
- 서로 대향하도록 배치된 외장형 투명 기판들;상기 투명 기판들 각각의 내측면 상에 배치된 투명 전극;상기 투명 전극들 사이에 배치되어 산화티타늄, 감광성 염료 및 전해질 성분으로 이루어진 활성층; 및상기 투명 전극으로부터 발생하는 전압을 인가하기 위한 단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장재 태양 전지 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 기판은 유리 기판 또는 플라스틱 재질을 갖는 투명 기판중에 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장형 태양 전지 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 기판들 중 태양광이 입사되는 투명 전극의 표면 상에 무반사 코팅처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장형 태양 전지 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극의 패턴이 셀단위의 직렬 연결인 경우에는 직렬 연결된 셀의 개수에 따라 인가되는 전압이 고정되고, 상기 투명 전극의 패턴이 전체적인 플레이트일 경우에는 상기 전압 단자에 트랜스포머를 배치하여 적절한 전압으로 변화시켜 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장형 태양 전지 구조.
