Description
Claims (15)
- 초음파 가열에 의해 패스너 테이프에 있는 주 테이프 부분과 코어 부분 위로 슬라이드 패스너 체인의 패스너 테이프에 합성 수지로 만들어진 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는 방법이며,코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 용착 시간과 진폭중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제1 용착 조건을 설정하는 단계와,주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 용착 시간과 진폭중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제2 용착 조건을 설정하는 단계와,제1 용착 조건을 기초로 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는 단계와,제2 용착 조건을 기초로 주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1 용착 조건은 제2 용착 조건과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 용착 조건의 파라미터는 제2 용착 조건의 파라미터보다 더 작도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는 단계와, 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 부분을 제외하고주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는 단계는 독립적이고 개별적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보강 테이프 편은 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 부분을 제외하고 주 테이프 부분에 용착되며, 보강 테이프 편은 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분에 연속적으로 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보강 테이프 편은 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 부분을 제외하고 주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는 중에 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 테이프 편은 슬라이드 패스너 체인의 분리가능한 최저부 정지구 부착 부분에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 방법.
- 초음파 가열에 의해 패스너 테이프에 있는 주 테이프 부분과 코어 부분위로 슬라이드 패스너 체인의 패스너 테이프에 합성 수지로 만들어진 보강 테이프 편을 용착하기 위한 용착 장치이며,상기 코어 부분과 주 테이프 부분의 제1 외부 형상을 포함하는 초음파 혼과,상기 코어 부분과 주 테이프 부분의 제2 외부 형상을 포함하는 앤빌과,상기 초음파 혼에 연결된 초음파 진동기와,상기 초음파 진동기에 연결되며, 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 용착 시간과 진폭중의 적어도 하나를 가지는 제1 용착 조건을 설정하고, 주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 용착 시간과 진폭중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제2 용착 조건을 설정하는 설정부를 구비한 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 용착 조건은 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 용착 시간만을 포함하고, 제2 용착 조건은 주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 용착 시간만을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 혼은 단일 혼으로 형성되며,상기 앤빌은,코어 부분들과 코어 부분들의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분들의 쌍을 지지하는 제1 앤빌과,코어 부분들의 인접부를 제외하고 주 테이프 부분들을 지지하는 한 쌍의 제2 앤빌을 포함하며,상기 제1 앤빌과 제2 앤빌들은 서로 독립하여 작동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 초음파 혼과 함께 주 테이프 부분과 보강 테이프 편을 유지시키기 위해 용착 위치로 제2 앤빌들을 이동시키는 단계와,보강 테이프 편을 가열하고 용착하는 제2 용착 조건 하에서 초음파 진동기를 작동하는 단계와,제2 용착 조건 하에서 보강 테이프 편을 가열하고 용착한 후에 대기 위치로 제2 앤빌을 이동시키는 단계와,초음파 혼과 함께 보강 테이프 편, 코어 부분 및 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분들을 유지시키는 용착 위치로 제1 앤빌을 이동시키는 단계와,보강 테이프편을 가열하고 용착하는 제1 용착 조건 하에서 초음파 진동기를 작동시키는 단계와,제1 용착 조건 하에서 보강 테이프 편을 가열하고 용착한 후에 대기 위치로 제1 앤빌을 이동시키는 단계를 제어하는 시퀀스 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 초음파 혼과 함께 주 테이프 부분과 보강 테이프 편을 유지시키기 위해 용착 위치로 제2 앤빌들을 이동시키는 단계와,보강 테이프 편을 가열하고 용착하는 제2 조건 하에서 초음파 진동기를 작동하는 단계와,제2 조건 하에서 보강 테이프 편을 가열하고 용착하는 중간에 용착 위치로 제1 앤빌을 이동시키는 단계와,제1앤빌과 초음파 혼 사이에서 주 테이프 부분과 함께 보강 테이프 편, 코어 부분 및 코어 부분의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분들을 유지시켜 제2 조건의 나머지 작동 중에 보강 테이프 편을 가열하여 용착시키는 단계와,상기 나머지 작동 시간이 경과된 뒤, 제1 및 제2 앤빌을 대기 위치로 이동시키는 단계들을 제어하는 시퀀스 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 용착 조건은 코어 부분과 코어 부분의 인접부에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 진폭만을 포함하고,상기 제2 용착 조건은 주 테이프 부분에 보강 테이프 편을 용착하는데 적절한 진폭만을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 혼은 단일 혼으로 형성되며,상기 앤빌은,코어 부분들과 코어 부분들의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분들의 쌍을 지지하는 제1 앤빌과,주 테이프 부분들을 지지하는 한 쌍의 제2 앤빌을 포함하고,상기 제1 앤빌과 제2 앤빌들은 서로 독립하여 작동가능하며,상기 제어부는 초음파 혼과 제1 앤빌에 의하여 보강 테이프 편, 코어 부분들 및 코어 부분들의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분을 유지하기 위한 제1 용착 조건의 진폭으로 초음파 혼을 작동하며, 초음파 혼과 제2 앤빌 사이에 보강 테이프 편과 주 테이프 부분을 유지하기 위한 제2 용착 조건의 진폭으로 초음파 혼을 작동하는 작동 지시부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 초음파 혼은,코어 부분들과 코어 부분들의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분들을 여진하기 위한 제1 혼과,주 테이프 부분을 여진하기 위한 제2 혼을 포함하며,상기 앤빌은,제1 혼에 대향하는 제1 앤빌과,제2 혼에 대향하는 제2 앤빌을 포함하며,상기 제1 혼, 제2 혼, 제1 앤빌 및 제2 앤빌은 서로 독립하여 작동가능하며,상기 제어부는 제1 혼과 제1 앤빌에 의하여 보강 테이프 편, 코어 부분들과 코어 부분들의 인접부에 있는 주 테이프 부분을 유지하기 위한 제1 용착 조건의 진폭으로 초음파 혼을 작동하며, 상기 제2 혼과 제2 앤빌 사이에 보강 테이프 편 및 주 테이프 부분을 유지하기 위한 제2 용착 조건의 진폭으로 제2 혼을 작동하는 작동 지시부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보강 테이프 편은 슬라이드 패스너 체인의 분리가능한 최저부 정지구 부착 부분에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착 장치.
