Claims (16)
- 기포 직경이 12cm 미만임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 입자의 유동상 반응기에서 에탄을 산소 분자로 산화시켜 아세트산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급되는 반응 기체 혼합물의 기포 직경이 5cm 미만인 방법.
- 입자의 70% 이상의 입자 직경이 80㎛ 이하인 촉매 입자의 유동상 반응기에서 에탄을 산소 분자로 산화시켜 아세트산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매 입자의 10 내지 60%의 입자 직경이 60㎛ 미만인 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 입자의 20 내지 50%가 40㎛ 미만의 직경을 갖는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 입자의 입자 직경이 10 내지 40㎛ 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동상 지수가 1 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동상 지수가 1 내지 10의 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동상 반응기에 사용되는 촉매 입자의 밀도가 500 내지 6000kg/m3범위내인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 하기 화학식 I의 촉매인 방법.화학식 IMoaPdbXcYd상기 화학식 I에서,X는 Cr, Mn, Nb, Ta, B, Ti, V, Te, Re 및 W로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고,Y는 B, Al, Ga, In, Pt, Zn, Cd, Bi, Ce, Co, Rh, Ir, Cu, Ag, Au, Fe, Ru, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Li, K, Na, Rb, Be, Nb, Zr, Hf, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Si, Sn, Tl 및 U로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소로서, X 및/또는 Y는 다수의 원소를 나타낼 수 있고,a, b, c 및 d는 상응하는 원소의 그램 원자 비를 나타내는 지수로서, a가 1인 경우를 기준으로 하여, b는 0.0001 내지 0.01의 범위내이고, c는 0.1 내지 1의 범위내이고, d는 0 내지 1의 범위내이다.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 다음과 같은 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 100 내지 500℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 1 내지 50bar 범위의 반응 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에탄 및 산소 분자 뿐만 아니라, 불활성 기체, 이산화탄소 및/또는 수증기가 반응 기체 혼합물에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동상 반응기가 다수의 반응 단계 또는 반응 영역을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 반응물 또는 물이 1단계 또는 다단계 반응기의 각종 영역 또는 단계로 공급되는 방법.
