Claims (12)
- 전기 광학 물질을 봉입, 유지하여 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 한쪽의 기판의 상기 전기 광학 물질측에 형성되어, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 다른 한쪽의 기판측으로부터의 입사광을 반사하고, 또한, 배면 광원으로부터의 광을 투과하는 1개 이상의 개구부를 소정 개소에 갖는 반사판을 구비한 전기 광학 장치에 있어서,상기 반사판 위에 투명 전극이 형성되고, 이 투명 전극이 전위 공급선 또는 반도체층과 전기적으로 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 전기 광학 물질을 봉입, 유지하여 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 기판과, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 한쪽의 기판의 상기 전기 광학 물질측에 형성되어, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 다른 한쪽의 기판측으로부터의 입사광을 반사하고, 또한, 배면 광원으로부터의 광을 투과하는 1개 이상의 개구부를 소정 개소에 관통하여 갖는 반사 전극을 구비한 전기 광학 장치에 있어서,상기 반사 전극 위에 형성된 투명 전극을 더 구비하고, 또한, 상기 반사 전극이 전위 공급선 또는 반도체층과 전기적으로 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 반사 전극 및 반사판이, 알루미늄, 은, 알루미늄 및 은의 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 합금, 또는 이들의 티탄, 질화 티탄, 몰리브덴, 탄탈 등과의 적층막으로 구성된 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극이 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 막으로 구성된 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극의 형성 영역이 상기 반사 전극 및 반사판의 형성 영역보다도 넓은 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 전극 내지 반사판 및 상기 투명 전극의 하층에 형성된, 표면에 요철을 갖는 요철층을 더 구비하며, 상기 반사 전극이 상기 요철층의 요철에 대응한 반사광을 산란시키는 표면 요철 형상을 갖는 전기 광학 장치.
- 전기 광학 물질을 봉입, 유지하여 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 기판 중 한쪽의 기판의 상기 전기 광학 물질측에 반사판을 형성하는 공정과,상기 반사판의 소정 개소에, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 다른 한쪽의 기판측으로부터의 입사광을 반사하고, 또한, 배면 광원으로부터의 광을 투과하는 1개 이상의 개구부를 형성하는 공정과,상기 반사판 위에, 투명 전극을, 상기 반사판의 상기 개구부에 대응한 영역을 덮도록 형성하는 공정과,상기 투명 전극을 전위 공급선 또는 반도체층과 전기적으로 접속하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 전기 광학 물질을 봉입, 유지하여 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 기판 중 한쪽의 기판의 상기 전기 광학 물질측에 반사 전극을 형성하는 공정과,상기 반사 전극의 소정 개소에, 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 다른 한쪽의 기판측으로부터의 입사광을 반사하고, 또한, 배면 광원으로부터의 광을 투과하는 1개 이상의 개구부를 형성하는 공정과,상기 반사 전극을 전위 공급선 또는 반도체층과 전기적으로 접속하는 공정과,상기 반사 전극 위에, 투명 전극을, 상기 반사 전극의 상기 개구부에 대응한영역을 덮도록 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사 전극 및 반사판으로서, 알루미늄, 은, 알루미늄 및 은의 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 합금, 또는 이들의 티탄, 질화 티탄, 몰리브덴, 탄탈 등과의 적층막을 이용하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극으로서, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 막을 이용하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 투명 전극을 형성하는 공정에서, 상기 투명 전극의 형성 영역을 상기 반사 전극 및 반사판의 형성 영역보다도 넓게 형성하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 반사 전극 및 반사판을 형성하는 공정 이전에, 상기 한쪽의 기판 위에, 표면에 요철을 갖는 요철층을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
