Claims (5)
- 디엔 공중합체에, 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 극성 폴리실록산이 치환되어 개질화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 개질된 디엔 공중합체.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서 :R1, R2, R3, R5 및 R6는 서로 같거나 다른 치환기로서 메틸기 또는 페닐기를 나타내고;R4는 -(CH2)n-(R7)-(R8O)p-R9으로 표시되고, 이때 R7은 결합선(bond), -O-, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1∼C5알킬렌기, 또는 벤젠환을 나타내고, R8는 -(CH2)2-또는 -CH(CH3)CH2-를 나타내며, R9은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1∼C20의 알킬기, 할로겐원자, -COCH3, 또는 -SO2CH3를 나타내고;ℓ은 0 ∼ 50 사이의 정수이고, m은 3 ∼ 500 사이의 정수이고, n은 2 ∼ 5의 정수이고, p는 0 ∼ 100의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디엔 공중합체가 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 공중합체, 스티렌-이소프렌 공중합체, 또는 이들 중합체가 부분적으로 수소화, 에폭시화, 브롬화 된 중합체 및 이들의 혼합체인 것임을 특징으로 하는 개질된 디엔 공중합체.
- 디엔 공중합체를 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 극성 폴리실록산과 전이금속 및 전이금속의 착화합물 중에서 선택된 실릴화 촉매 존재하에 -20 ∼ 150 ℃ 온도에서 하이드로실릴화 반응시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극성 폴리실록산이 치환된 디엔 공중합체의 제조방법.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서 : R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, ℓ 및 m은 각각 청구항 1에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 상기 청구항 1의 개질된 디엔 공중합체와, 실리카, 카본블랙, 금속 분말, 금속 산화물, 판상 실리케이트, 유리섬유 및 세라믹 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 무기 충진재가 포함된 것임을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 산화제, 커플링제, 자외선 안정제, 가교제 및 난연제 중에서 선택된 통상의 복합재 제조용 첨가제 및 유기용매가 추가로 포함된 것임을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재.
