Claims (3)
- 베어링 조립체(74)를 수반하는 중앙 보어가 구비된 중앙 하우징(18);일단이 압축기 임펠러(86)에 연결되는 축이 상기 중앙 하우징(18)을 통하여 연장되되, 상기 축의 타단에 연결되고 상기 베어링 조립체(74)에 의해 지지되는 터빈 휠;베이스(38)에 부착되는 내부 노즐 및 인서트(64)를 포함한 베이스(38)가 구비되고, 상기 인서트(64)에는 노즐(72)의 외벽이, 상기 터빈 휠에 실질적으로 일치하는 공기역학적 궤적이 구비되는 상기 내부 노즐 벽 및 배기 출구와 이격되어 구비되고, 상기 내부 및 외부 노즐 벽 사이에서 여러 개의 베인(36)을 지지하고, 상기 베인을 회전시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 카트리지(34);공기 입구 및 압축공기 출구가 구비되고, 상기 카트리지와 반대방향으로 상기 압축기 임펠러(86)를 둘러싸는 상기 중앙 하우징(18)에 부착되는 압축기 하우징(10); 및배기 가스를 위한 입구 및 출구가 구비되고, 상기 중앙 하우징(18)으로부터 상기 카트리지(34)의 바깥쪽에 부착되는 배기 하우징(24)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판금 쉬라우드가 구비된 가변 노즐 터보차저.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베인(36)을 회전시키는 수단은,내부 노즐 벽 상의 상기 베이스 내에 있는 원주 방향으로 이격된 간극에 수용되고, 내부 노즐 벽에 실질적으로 평행한 각각의 베인(36)의 제1 면으로부터 연장된 회전 포스트(40);상기 포스트(40)로부터 연장된 구동 암(44);상기 베인(36)의 수에 상응하는 다수 개의 만곡부(46)가 구비되고, 상기 만곡부(46)에는 상기 구동 암(44)이 수용되며, 슬롯(56)이 더 포함되는 유니슨 링(48);상기 슬롯(56)에서 움직이는 구동 암(44)이 구비되고, 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치로 지속적으로 움직일 수 있으며, 그 움직임에 의해 상기 구동 암(44)이 상기 슬롯(56)에서 움직이고 상기 유니슨 링(48)이 회전 운동 하도록 하는 상기 슬롯(56)에 수직한 힘을 전달하는 크랭크(40); 및상기 크랭크를 움직이게 하는 수단(50)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판금 쉬라우드가 구비된 가변 노즐 터보차저.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 하우징이 판금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판금 쉬라우드가 구비된 가변 노즐 터보차저.
