Claims (3)
- 부착구를 가지고 팽창가능하게 접은 에어백 쿠션과, 가스 발생수단인 인플레이터(10, 100)를 감싸게 결합한 커버로 이루어진 에어백용 인플레이터의 브래킷 결합구조에 있어서,상기 인플레이터(100)의 원형부에는 스티어링 휠과 같은 소정 장착위치에 고정되도록 사각 판상에 다수의 볼트 구멍(101)들을 갖는 플랜지 브래킷(120)이 상기 인플레이터(100)의 제작시에 일체형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 인플레이터의 브래킷 결합구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플랜지 브래킷(120)은 구조적 강성을 증가시킬 수 있도록, 각각의 외주변이 약간 상향으로 절곡된 테두리벽(150)을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 인플레이터의 브래킷 결합구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플랜지 브래킷(120)은 상기 인플레이터(100) 원형부의 상부에서 일체로 연장된 상부판(121)과, 원형부의 하부에서 일체형으로 연장된 하부판(122)으로 용접되어 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 인플레이터의 브래킷 결합구조.
