Claims (11)
- 야금용 베슬로부터 금속 용융체를 탭핑시에 슬래그의 동반을 저지하기 위한 방법에 있어서,다음의 공정단계들: 즉a) 탭위치에로의 베슬(1)의 선회작업;b) 탭핑시 용융금속의 유동 방향에 반대방향으로 탭개구(4)를 둘러 싸고 있는 채널들(11)을 통하여 베슬(1) 내에 존재하는 용융체 내에로의 가스의 취입작업;c) 탭개구(4)의 개방;d) 탭개구(4)가 더이상 용융체에 의하여 덮혀지지 않을때까지 베슬(1)의 복귀선회;e) 가스의 취입의 종료를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 야금용베슬에서 탭개구는 내마모성의 내화 재료로되어 있고, 서로 겹쳐져서 배열되어지며 탭프레임연와들에 의하여 둘러 쌓여져 있는 교체 가능한 파이프들로부터 형성되어 있으며, 여기서 그렇게 형성된 탭핑-교체시스템의 하단부는 컵형상의 연와에 의하여 형성되어 있으며, 이 컵형상의 연와에 접해서는 그 개구를 폐쇄하는 슬라이드가 접해 있으며, 이 야금용베슬에서 제 1 항에 의한 방법의 실시를 위한 장치에 있어서,적어도 베슬 내부공간에 접합하고 있는 교체 가능한 파이프(7')의 파이프벽에서는 반경방향으로 되어 있으며, 파이프(7')의 양측에 전면측들에 접합하고 있는 채널들(11)이 설치되어 있으며, 이 채널들은 베슬 내부공간에서 먼쪽의 파이프 전면측에서 가스공급부(13)와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 벽(들)에는 가스를 안내하는 채널들(11)이 배열되어 있는 교체 가능한 파이프(들)(7')는 스테인레스강으로 되어 있는 강판맨틀을 가지고 둘러 쌓여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 채널들(11)은 파이프개구를 둘러싸고 있으며, 반경방향으로 배열된 간극들인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 채널들(11)은 파이프개구를 둘러 싸고 있으며, 균일하게 분포된 구멍들인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 채널들(11)은 교체 가능한 파이프(7')가 원추형으로 형성된내부파이프(14)와 상보적으로 형성된 외부파이프(15)로부터 합체되어져 형성하는 중간 공간에 의하여 형성되며 그리고 내부 원추형부(14) 외면에 또는 외부원추형부(15)의 내면에 채널을 형성하는 홈들이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,채널들을 가지고 있는 교체 가능한 파이프(들)에로의 가스공급부(13)는 채널을 안내하고 있는 가장 하부의 교체 가능한 파이프의 하부에 배열되고 있으며, 모든 채널들을 채우고 있는 링형상의 공간(12) 내에 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,가스공급부(13)는 컵형상의 연와(10)의 상부에서 교체 가능한 파이프들(7)과 탭프레임 연와들(8) 사이의 틈(9) 속으로 접합하며, 그리고 거기서부터 링형상의 공간(12)에 축방향으로 인도되어져 있는 하나의 파이프로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,채널들(11)을 가지는 교체 가능한 파이프들(7')이 하나의 유니트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,야금용 베슬의 금속피복은 가스공급부파이프들과 동일한 전위차에 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,가스공급파이프들은 야금용 베슬이 놓여 있는 전위차에 대하여 절연되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
