Claims (5)
- 첨가 원소의 성분을 중량 비율로 Ag가 0.02질량% ∼ 1.0질량%, In이 0.01질량% ∼ 0.5질량% 의 각 성분 중 1종류 이상을 함유하고, 잔부가 구리 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며, 녹방지 피막의 두께를 표면으로부터 5 ㎚ 이하로 함으로써, 도전율이 80% IACS 이상이고, 폴리아믹산을 함유한 바니시와의 젖음성이 양호하여 조화(粗化) 처리하지 않고 폴리아믹산을 열경화시킨 피막과의 180°필 강도가 8.0 N/㎝ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판용 구리합금박.
- 첨가 원소의 성분을 중량 비율로 Ag가 0.02질량% ∼ 1.0질량%, In이 0.01질량% ∼ 0.5질량% 의 각 성분 중 1종류 이상을 함유하고, 추가로 Al, Be, Co, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, P, Pb, Si, Ti 및 Zn 의 각 성분 중 1종류 이상을 총량으로 0.005 ∼ 2.5질량%를 함유하며, 잔부가 구리 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 녹방지 피막의 두께를 표면으로부터 5 ㎚ 이하로 함으로써, 인장강도가 500 N/㎟ 이상, 도전율이 60% IACS 이상이고, 폴리아믹산을 함유한 바니시와의 젖음성이 양호하여 조화 처리하지 않고 폴리아믹산을 열경화시킨 피막과의 180°필 강도가 8.0 N/㎝ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판용 구리합금박.
- 첨가 원소의 성분을 중량 비율로 Sn이 0.01질량% ∼ 0.5질량%을 함유하고, 잔부가 구리 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며, 녹방지 피막의 두께를 표면으로부터 5 ㎚ 이하로 함으로써, 도전율이 70% IACS 이상이고, 폴리아믹산을 함유한 바니시와의 젖음성이 양호하여 조화 처리하지 않고 폴리아믹산을 열경화시킨 피막과의 180°필 강도가 8.0 N/㎝ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판용 구리합금박.
- 첨가 원소의 성분을 중량 비율로 Sn이 0.01질량% ∼ 0.5질량%을 함유하고, 추가로 Al, Be, Co, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, P, Pb, Si, Ti 및 Zn 의 각 성분 중 1종류 이상을 총량으로 0.005질량% ∼ 2.5질량%를 함유하며, 잔부가 구리 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 녹방지 피막의 두께를 표면으로부터 5 ㎚ 이하로 함으로써, 인장강도가 500 N/㎟ 이상, 도전율이 60% IACS 이상이고, 폴리아믹산을 함유한 바니시와의 젖음성이 양호하여 조화 처리하지 않고 폴리아믹산을 열경화시킨 피막과의 180°필 강도가 8.0 N/㎝ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판용 구리합금박.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1시간 가열했을 때의 인장강도가 가열 전의 인장강도와 연화되었을 때의 인장강도의 중간이 되는 온도가 300℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판용 구리합금박.
