Claims (7)
- 제1 반응 영역에서 필수적으로 에탄을 포함하는 가스 공급원액을 촉매의 존재하에 분자 산소 함유 가스와 접촉시켜 아세트산과 에틸렌을 포함하는 제1 생성물 스트림을 생성시키는 단계(a),제2 반응 영역에서 제1 가스 생성물 스트림을 촉매의 존재하에 분자 산소 함유 가스와 접촉시켜 비닐 아세테이트를 포함하는 제2 생성물 스트림을 생성시키는 단계(b) 및단계(b)로부터의 생성물 스트림을 분리시키고 단계(b)로부터의 생성물 스트림으로부터 비닐 아세테이트를 회수하는 단계(c)를 포함하는, 비닐 아세테이트의 통합 제조방법(integrated preparing process).
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)용 가스 공급원액이 에탄과 분자 산소 함유 가스를 에탄 대 산소 비 1:1 내지 10:1로 포함하고, 스팀을, 가스 공급원액 총 용량을 기준으로 하여, 0 내지 50용량% 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 생성물 스트림 속의 에틸렌에 대한 선택도 대 아세트산에 대한 선택도의 비가 0:95 내지 95:0인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 반응 영역 속의 촉매가 화학식 MoaPdbXcYd의 촉매[여기서, X는 Cr, Mn, Nb, Ta, Ti, V, Te 및 W로 이루어진 그룹의 하나 이상의 원소들로부터 선택되고, Y는 B, Al, Ga, In, Pt, Zn, Cd, Bi, Ce, Co, Rh, Ir, Cu, Ag, Au, Fe, Ru, Os, K, Rb, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Nb, Zr, Hf, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Si, Sn, Tl 및 U로 이루어진 그룹의 하나 이상의 원소들로부터 선택되고, a, b, c 및 d는 그램 원자비이고, a는 1이고, b는 0.0001 내지 0.01, 바람직하게는 0.0001 내지 0.005이고, c는 0.4 내지 1, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 0.8이고, d는 0.005 내지 1, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.3이다)인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가의 에틸렌 및/또는 아세트산이 제2 반응 영역에 공급되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자 산소 함유 가스가 에탄 공급원액과는 독립적으로 제1 반응 영역으로 공급되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자 산소 함유 가스가 아세트산과 에틸렌 반응물과는 독립적으로 제2 반응 영역으로 공급되는 방법.
