Claims (2)
- 다이아몬드 분말 또는 입방정질화붕소계 분말을 금속의 용접합금을 사용하여 , 금속의 용접합금이 액상을 형성하는 온도까지 상승시키고, 액상이된 금속의 용접합금에 의해 다이아몬드 분말을 초경재료나 철합금이나 세라믹스로 이루어진 치(齒)공구의 표면에 부착시키는 접합법을 이용하여 제조된 다이아몬드계 치(齒)공구
- 청구항 1에 있어 다이아몬드 분말이 치공구의 표면에 부착되는 용접이 이루어지는 곳은 진공분위기이며, 그 분위기 압력은 0.01 torr에서 20 torr까지 이며, 또는, 질소, 알곤, 수소의 분위기를 사용하여 그 분위기 압력 0.01 torr에서 상압까지로 하는 진공접합법.
