Claims (3)
- 기재 폴리올(Base Polyol), 이소시아네이트, 셀 오프너, 블로잉 촉매, 겔링 촉매, 약한 계면활성제 및 강한 계면활성제를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 폼에 있어서, 기재 폴리올 100 중량부에 대하여 이소시아네이트를 20 내지 40 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방음용 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 블로잉 촉매는 메틸렌 클로라이드 또는 n-펜탄 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방음용 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겔링 촉매는 트리에틸렌 디아민(TEDA), 테트라메틸 구아니딘(TMG), 테트라메틸 헥산 디아민(TMHDA) 및 펜타메틸 디프로필렌 트리아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방음용 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
