Claims (5)
- 근접장 광 기록 및 재생장치에 사용되고, 윤활층, 기록층, 반사층을 포함하여 구성되는 광 디스크의 적층구조에 있어서,상기 윤활층과 상기 기록층의 사이에, 소정의 투명도, 강도, 점착성을 가지며, 자성이 없는 물질로 이루어진 하나의 보호층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장용 광 디스크의 적층구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록층과 반사층 사이에, 상기 보호층을 형성하는 물질과 동일한 물질로 유전층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장용 광 디스크의 적층구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 소정의 투명도, 강도, 점착성을 가지며, 자성이 없는 물질은 DLC인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장용 광 디스크의 적층구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 근접장 광 기록 및 재생장치는 광섬유 팁을 이용하는 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장용 광 디스크의 적층구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 근접장 광 기록 및 재생장치는 솔리드 이멀젼 렌즈를 이용하는 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접장용 광 디스크의 적층구조.
