Claims (3)
- 활물질을 충전하여 제조되는 전극과, 상기 전극 일부분의 활물질을 제거한 극판 표면에 부착되는 탭과, 상기 극판과 탭을 동시에 엠보싱 가공하여 형성되는 돌기를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 극판과 탭은 엠보싱 가공된 후 저항 용접에 의해 결합 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 축전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 양극임을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 축전지.
- 활물질을 충전하여 제조된 음극 혹은 양극 전극으로부터 일부분의 활물질을 제거하고 세척하여 극판이 노출되게 하는 단계와,상기 극판에 탭을 가 용접하고 극판과 탭을 동시에 엠보싱 금형으로 가공 처리하여 돌기를 형성하는 단계와,표면이 편평한 용접기의 전극을 이용하여 상기 극판과 탭을 용접 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 전기자동차용 축전지의 제조방법.
