Claims (10)
- 폐쇄된 하단부와 상단 개구부를 갖고 있음과 동시에 내부에 방사성 물질이 수납되는 대략 통형상의 금속제 용기 본체와, 상기 용기 본체에 용접되어 상기 용기 본체의 상단 개구부를 폐쇄한 덮개를 구비한 밀폐 용기를 수납하여 수송하기 위한 수송용 용기에 있어서,저벽 및 상단 개구부를 갖고, 그 내부에, 상기 밀폐 용기를 수납하는 수납부가 설치된 본체와;상기 상단 개구를 폐쇄하는 덮개체와;상기 상단 개구의 근방에서, 상기 밀폐 용기의 외면과 상기 본체의 내면 사이에 설치되고, 이들 외면과 내면 사이를 밀폐하고, 상기 상단 개구측으로부터 상기 밀폐 용기 외면과 상기 본체 내면 사이로의 유체의 침입을 방지하는 환형상의 밀폐 부재를 구비한 수송용 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐 부재는 팽창가능한 튜브형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송용 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐 부재는 상기 본체의 내면에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송용 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 본체의 수납부는 상기 상단 개구측의 단부에서 상기 밀폐 용기의 덮개의 외측에 설치되어 있음과 동시에 다른 부분보다도 큰 직경을 갖고, 상기 밀폐 용기의 외면과의 사이에 검사기를 삽입할 수 있는 검사공간을 형성한 대경부를 구비하고,상기 밀폐 부재는 상기 대경부내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송용 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 본체는 상기 밀폐 부재에 의해 밀폐된 공간으로 연통되고, 상기 본체의 외부로부터 상기 공간내로 유체를 공급할 수 있는 공급구멍을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송용 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로, 상기 본체의 외측에 간극을 두고 배치된 외통과, 본체와 외통 사이에 설치된 중성자를 차폐하는 차폐체를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송용 용기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가로, 상기 본체의 상단부 및 하단부에 각각 장착된 충격흡수체를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송용 용기.
- 방사성 물질을 수납한 밀폐 용기를 제 1 항에 기재된 수송용 용기에 장전하는 밀폐 용기의 장전방법에 있어서,상단이 개구된 수송용 용기의 본체의 수납부에, 상단이 개구된 빈 밀폐 용기의 용기 본체를 배치하고;상기 본체의 상단 개구의 근방에서, 상기 용기 본체 외면과 상기 본체 내면 사이에 설치된 환형상의 밀폐 부재에 의해, 용기 본체 외면과 본체 내면 사이를 밀폐하고, 상기 본체의 상단 개구측으로부터 상기 용기 본체와 상기 본체 내면 사이로의 유체의 침입을 방지하고;상기 밀폐 부재에 의해 상기 용기 본체 외면과 본체 내면 사이를 밀폐한 상태에서, 상기 용기 본체가 수납된 상기 본체를 수중에 침지시키고;상기 수중에서, 상기 용기 본체내에 방사성 물질을 장전하고;상기 방사성 물질의 장전후, 수중에서 상기 용기 본체의 상단 개구부에 차폐체를 장착하고;상기 차폐체의 장착후, 상기 본체를 수중에서 끌어올려, 상기 용기 본체내 및 상기 본체내로부터 소정량의 물을 제거하고; 그리고상기 물의 제거후, 상기 덮개를 상기 본체의 내면에 용접하는 밀폐 용기의 장전방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐 부재에 의해 밀폐된 공간에 가압된 유체를 충전한 후, 상기 본체를 수중에 침지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 용기의 장전방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 추가로, 상기 1차 덮개의 용접후, 상기 용접부의 외측에서, 상기 용기 본체와 상기 본체 사이에 검사기를 삽입하여 용접상태를 검사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 용기의 장전방법
