Claims (3)
- 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 1 로 나타내는 순환 단위 및 말단 히드록실기를 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 디올에 있어서, 화학식 1 의 상기 순환 단위의 50 내지 100 몰% 는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 2 로 나타내고, 상기 일차 말단 OH 비는 디올 단량체를 포함하는 알콜의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 양쪽 말단에 일차 히드록실기를 갖는 디올 단량체의 중량% 로서 정의되고, 여기서 디올 단량체를 포함하는 상기 알콜은 상기 폴리카보네이트 디올의 말단 디올 조각으로부터 유도되고, 0.4 kPa 이하의 압력 하에 160 내지 200℃ 의 온도에서 교반하면서 상기 폴리카보네이트 디올을 가열하여 수득되는 분획에 함유되어 있고:[화학식 1](식 중, R 은 탄소수가 2 내지 10 인 2가 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소기를 나타낸다),[화학식 2](식 중, n 은 5 또는 6 이다),여기서, n = 5 인 화학식 2 의 순환 단위의 양이 화학식 1 의 상기 순환 단위의 전체 몰량을 기준으로, 50 내지 100 몰% 인 경우, 폴리카보네이트 디올의 일차 말단 OH 비가 97% 이상이고,n = 5 인 화학식 2 의 순환 단위의 양이 화학식 1 의 상기 순환 단위의 전체 몰량을 기준으로, 0 내지 50 몰% 미만인 경우, 상기 폴리카보네이트 디올의 일차 말단 OH 비가 99% 이상인 폴리카보네이트 디올.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 디올이 알칼리와 분해되어 폴리카보네이트 디올의 모든 디올 조각에 상응하는 디올 단량체의 혼합물이 수득되고, 디올 단량체의 혼합물이 하기를 나타내고, 일차 히드록실 말단 순도가 디올 단량체의 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로, 양쪽 말단에 일차 히드록실기를 갖는 디올 단량체의 중량% 로서 정의되는 폴리카보네이트 디올:폴리카보네이트 디올에서, n = 5 인 화학식 2 의 순환 단위의 양이 화학식 1 의 순환 단위의 전체 몰량을 기준으로, 50 내지 100 몰% 인 경우, 일차 히드록실 말단 순도가 99.0 중량% 이상이고,폴리카보네이트 디올에서, n = 5 인 화학식 2 의 순환 단위의 양이 화학식 1 의 순환 단위의 전체 몰량을 기준으로, 0 내지 50 몰% 미만인 경우, 일차 히드록실 말단 순도가 99.5 중량% 이상임.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 폴리카보네이트 디올 및 폴리이소시아네이트를 공중합시킴으로써 수득되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
