Claims (2)
- 내부에 실린더(110)가 형성된 하우징(100), 상기 실린더(110)에 마련되어 제동유압에 의해 진퇴운동하는 피스톤(200), 상기 피스톤(200)에 의해 진퇴운동하는 인너패드(510)가 부착된 인너패드플레이트(500)와 아웃터패드(610)가 부착된 아웃터패드플레이트(600), 상기 하우징(100)의 선단에 절곡되게 형성되어 제동시 상기 아웃터패드플레이트(600)를 전진시키는 핑거부(120), 상기 인너패드(510)와 상기 아웃터패드(610) 사이에 일정한 간극을 두고 일부 삽입되어 휠과 함께 회전하는 디스크(400)를 갖춘 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 상기 아웃터패드플레이트(600) 작용압력이 상단부에 편중되는 것을 억제하도록 하기 위하여 아웃터패드플레이트(600)의 상부를 상방향과 수직되게 일정정도 절단된 모양으로 하여 아웃터패드플레이트(600)의 중심(B)이 상기 피스톤(200)의 작용 중심선(A)에 대해 하측에 위치되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 아웃터패드플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 아웃터패드플레이트(600)의 상단부에는 힘전달이 직접 이루어지지 않도록 상기 핑거부(120) 절곡부위(121)와 접촉을 방지하는 테이퍼면(600a)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 아웃터패드플레이트.
