Claims (3)
- 커트형 코어(Core) 또는 적층형 코어를 사용하며 철심자로(Magnetic Pass)에 공극(Air Gap)을 갖는 내철형 리액터에 있어서;사각형태로 이루어지는 권철심의 상하 계철(繼鐵)코어 각 중앙부를 절단하여 형성된 좌우 철심의 다리코어에 코일이 권선된 권선코일이 형성되어 있고, 상기 계철코어의 절단면을 마주보는 사이에 비자성체를 배치하여 일정간격의 공극을 형성한 후 상기 한 쌍의 권선코일 및 철심코어를 비자성체 박판크램프로써 결박하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철심자로에 공극을 갖는 리액터의 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 사각형태로 이루어지는 적철심의 다리코어에 권선코일이 형성되어 있고 상하 계철코어는 절단된 중앙부가 디귿자(ㄷ자) 형태로 각각 적층되고, 상기 상하절단면을 마주하는 사이에 비자성체를 삽입하여 일정간격의 공극을 형성하되, 상기 계철공극에 인접된 계철코어 부위에 있는 조립구멍을 통하여 양쪽 외곽에 배치되는 비자성체 후판크램프와 낱개의 계철코어를 볼트로써 공극이 조정되게 결박하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철심자로에 공극을 갖는 리액터의 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서;상기 계철코어의 절단면을 마주보는 사이에 배치되어 일정간격의 공극을 형성하는 비자성체는 상하면이 계단면으로 이루어지고, 이 계단면 내부로 다수개의 공극코어를 수용하는 수용홈이 마련되어 있고, 수용홈과 나선결합되는 체결보울트에 의하여 공극코어가 수직방형으로 적층 설치되어 공극간의 간격을 줄이도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철심자로에 공극을 갖는 리액터의 구조.
