Claims (2)
- 오징어를 미세하게 절단하는 장치에 있어서, 세절대상의 미가공된 오징어가 수납되는 호퍼(11)와 세절된 오징어가 배출되는 배출구(12)가 각각 소정위치에 마련되어 있는 기체(10)상에; 제1구동모터(21)와 동력전달부재(22)에 의해 연결되는 구동로울러(23)가 기체(10)내에 설치되고, 구동로울러(23)와 수평방향으로 일정거리를 두고 종동로울러(24)가 설치된 상태에서 상기 구동로울러(23)와 종동로울러(24)를 경유하여 무한이송벨트(25)가 감겨져 이루어지는 급송기구(20)와; 제2구동모터(31)와 동력전달부재(32)에 의해 연결되는 회전축(33)상에 절단날(34)이 일정간격을 두고 다수개 설치된 상태에서 기체(10)내부로 설치되고, 상기 절단날(34) 저부에는 받침 다이(35)가 설치되되 상기 다수의 절단날(34)하측 일부위는 받침 다이(35)상에 형성된 다수의 절개홈(35a)을 관통하여 위치되게 구성된 세절기구(30)가; 각각 설치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오징어 세절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급송기구(2)의 종동로울러(24) 상부 측으로 기체(10)내에 소정의 지지봉(41)을 설치하고, 이 지지봉(41)에는 일정간격으로 다수의 가이드핀(40)일단을 부착 설치하되 이 가이드판(40)은 절단날(34)사이의 간극을 통과하여 연장되도록 하며, 상기 가이드핀(40)의 끝단 상부 측에는 기체(10)내로 이탈방지봉(42)을 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오징어 세절장치.
