Claims (34)
- (A) 폴리아미드 및(또는) 폴리아미드 엘라스토머, 및 (B) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속인 양이온, 및 이온 해리에 의해 형성될 수 있는 음이온에 의해 구성되어 있는 금속염류를 함유하며, (A) 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 (B) 성분이 0.001 내지 3.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (C)-{O(AO)n}-기 (A는 탄소수 2 내지 4의 알킬렌기이고, n은 1 내지 7의 정수를 나타냄)를 가지며, 모든 분자쇄 말단이 CH3기 및(또는) CH2기인 유기 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 성분 100 중량부에 대한 상기 (C) 성분의 비율이 0.1 내지 10 중량부인 제전성 조성물.
- (D) 지방족 폴리에스테르 및(또는) 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머, 및 상기 (B) 성분을 함유하며, (D) 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 (B) 성분이 0.001 내지 3.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분을 추가로 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 성분 100 중량부에 대한 상기 (C) 성분의 비율이 0.1 내지 10 중량부인 제전성 조성물.
- (E) 폴리락트산계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, (F) 가소제 8 내지 60 중량부, 및 상기 (B) 성분 0.01 내지 5.0 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, (F) 가소제가 시트르산 에스테르, 글리세린 지방산 에스테르, 프탈산 에스테르, 지방산 에스테르 및 상기 (C) 성분의 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 제전성 조성물.
- (E) 폴리락트산계 수지 50 내지 95 중량부, (G) 유리 전이 온도 30 ℃ 이하의 폴리에스테르 수지 50 내지 5 중량부 [단, (E)+(G)=100 중량부]의 합계량 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 (B) 성분 0.001 내지 8.0 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, (C) 성분을 추가로 함유하며, 상기 (E) 및 (G) 성분의 합계량 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 (B) 성분 0.00005 내지 5.0 중량부 및 상기 (C) 성분 0.03 내지 15.0 중량부를 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- (H) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 및 상기 (B) 성분을 함유하며, (H) 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 (B) 성분이 0.001 내지 3.0 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분을 추가로 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 (H) 성분 100 중량부에 대한 상기 (C) 성분의 비율이 0.1 내지 10 중량부인 제전성 조성물.
- (I) 열가소성 수지, (J) 극성기를 갖는 열가소성 엘라스토머, 상기 (B) 성분, 상기 (C) 성분, 및 (K) 비늘 조각형 무기 충전재 및(또는) 섬유상 무기 충전재를 함유하며, (I) 성분 및 (J) 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 (B) 성분이 0.003 내지 12.5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, (J) 성분은 폴리아미드 엘라스토머, 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 및 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머의 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 제전성 조성물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 (J) 성분이 폴리에테르에스테르아미드 수지이며, (I) 열가소성 수지 75 내지 97 중량부에 대하여 (J) 폴리에테르에스테르아미드 25 내지 3 중량부를 [단, (I)+(J)=100 중량부] 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르에스테르아미드 수지가 폴리에테르 세그멘트를 갖는 제전성 엘라스토머로서, 제전성 엘라스토머가 양쪽 말단에 카르복실기를 갖는 폴리아미드와 비스페놀류의 알킬렌옥시드 부가물 및(또는) 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜로부터 유도되는 것인 제전성 조성물.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (K) 성분이 규산칼슘 섬유, 운모 및 활석의 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 제전성 조성물.
- 제14항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (I) 열가소성 수지 75 내지 97 중량부에 대하여 상기 (J) 성분 25 내지 3 중량부를 [단, (I)+(J)=100 중량부] 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제14항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (J) 성분 100 중량부에 대한 상기 (C) 성분의 비율이 0.1 내지 20 중량부인 제전성 조성물.
- (L) 천연 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR), 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 단량체 공중합체(EPDM), 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무(NBR), 클로로프렌 고무, 에피클로로히드린 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 블럭 공중합체, 부틸 고무, 불소 고무, 실리콘 고무 및 우레탄 고무의 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 중합체 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 (B) 성분 0.001 내지 3.0 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분을 추가로 함유하는 제전성 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 (L) 성분 100 중량부에 대한 상기 (B) 성분 및 (C) 성분의 합계 비율이 0.5 내지 25 중량부인 제전성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 성분이 과염소산리튬, 트리플루오로메탄술폰산리튬, 비스(트리플루오로메탄술포닐)이미도리튬 및 트리스(트리플루오로메탄술포닐)메탄리튬의 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 리튬염인 제전성 조성물.
- 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제8항, 제10항, 제12항, 제13항 내지 제20항 및 제22항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분이 비스[2-(2-부톡시에톡시)에틸]아디페이트 또는 비스(2-부톡시에틸)프탈레이트인 제전성 조성물.
- 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제8항, 제10항, 제12항, 제13항 내지 제20항 및 제22항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 성분과 (C) 성분의 총량에 대한 (B) 성분의 비율이 0.1 내지 50 중량%인 제전성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형의 조성물인 제전성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 성분을 건식 블렌드하여 얻어지는 직접 성형이 가능한 조성물인 제전성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 성분 및 (B) 성분, 및 필요에 따라 (C) 성분을 적어도 포함하는 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형 혼합물을 마스터 배치로서 사용하며, 이를 (A) 성분 및 다른 첨가 성분과 추가 혼합하여 얻어지는 제전성 조성물.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 성분 및 (B) 성분, 및 필요에 따라 (C) 성분을 적어도 포함하는 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형 혼합물을 마스터 배치로서 사용하며, 이를 (D) 성분 및 다른 첨가 성분과 추가 혼합하여 얻어지는 제전성 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 (E), (B), (F) 성분을 적어도 포함하는 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형 혼합물을 마스터 배치로서 사용하며, 이를 (E) 성분 및 다른 첨가 성분과 추가 혼합하여 얻어지는 제전성 조성물.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 성분 및 (G) 성분, 및 필요에 따라 (C) 성분을 적어도 포함하는 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형 혼합물을 마스터 배치로서 사용하며, 이를 (E) 성분 및 다른 첨가 성분과 추가 혼합하여 얻어지는 제전성 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (H) 성분 및 (B) 성분, 및 필요에 따라 (C) 성분을 적어도 포함하는 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형 혼합물을 마스터 배치로서 사용하며, 이를 (H) 성분 및 다른 첨가 성분과 추가 혼합하여 얻어지는 제전성 조성물.
- 제14항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 성분 및 (J) 성분, 및 필요에 따라 (C) 성분을 적어도 포함하는 구성 성분을 용융 혼련하여 얻어지는 펠렛형 혼합물을 마스터 배치로서 사용하며, 이를 (I) 성분 및 다른 첨가 성분과 추가 혼합하여 얻어지는 제전성 조성물.
