Claims (18)
- 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물(D)이 폴리아미드수지(A)와 폴리에스테르수지(B), 또는 폴리아미드수지(A), 폴리에스테르수지(B) 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)를 포함하되, 상기 폴리에스테르수지(B)는 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 0.5∼60몰%의 디카르복실산을 함유하는 디카르복실산성분 및/또는 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 0.5∼60몰%의 디올을 함유하는 디올성분을 중축합하여 수득되며, 또한 각 성분의 배합비율은 폴리아미드수지(A), 폴리에스테르수지 (B), 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)의 합계중량을 기초로 하여 폴리아미드수지 (A)가 1∼99중량%, 폴리에스테르수지(B)가 1∼99중량%, (C)폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지가 0∼98중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드수지(A)가 메타크실일렌디아민을 70몰% 이상 함유하는 디아민성분과 아디프산을 70몰% 이상 함유하는 디카르복실산 성분을 중축합하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르수지(B)가 방향족 디카르복실산을 70몰% 이상 함유하는 디카르복실산 성분을 중합하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 방향족 디카르복실산이 테레프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 디올이 일반식 (1) 및/또는 일반식 (2)로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.(여기서 상기 R,R'는 각각 탄소수 1∼10의 지방족기, 지방족 고리기 및 방향족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 유기기이다)
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 디올이 2,4,8,10-테트라옥사스피로[5,5] 운데칸-3,9-비스(1,1-디메틸-2-히드록시에틸) 및/또는 5-메틸올-5-에틸-2-(1,1-디메틸-2-카르복시에틸)-1,3-디옥산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 디카르복실산이 일반식 (3) 및/또는 일반식 (4)로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.(여기서, 상기 R, R', R"는 각각 탄소수 1∼10의 지방족기, 지방족 고리기, 및 방향족기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 유기기이고, 상기 R"'는 메틸기, 에틸기, 또는 이소프로필기이다)
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 디카르복실산이 2,4,8,10- 테트라옥사스피로 [5,5]운데칸-3,9-비스(2-카르복시에틸) 및/또는 5-메틸올-5-에틸-2-(1,1-디메틸-2-카르복시에틸)-1,3-디옥산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르수지(B)가 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 1∼20몰%의 디카르복실산을 함유하는 디카르복실산성분 및/또는 환상 아세탈골격을 갖는 1∼20몰%의 디올을 함유하는 디올성분을 중합하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물(D)의 각 성분의 배합비율이 폴리아미드수지(A)가 1∼50중량%, 폴리에스테르수지(B)가 1∼79중량%, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)가 20∼98중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물(D)의 각 성분의 배합비율이 폴리아미드수지(A)가 5∼45중량%, 폴리에스테르수지(B)가 5∼45중량%, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)가 50∼90중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물(D)의 각 성분의 배합비율이 폴리아미드수지(A)가 5∼95중량%, 폴리에스테르수지(B)가 5∼95중량%의 범위이며,폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)가 0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드수지(A) 및 폴리에스테르수지(B)를 건식혼합한 혼합물, 또는 폴리아미드수지(A), 폴리에스테르수지(B) 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)를 건식혼합한 혼합물을 용융혼련한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드수지(A) 및 폴리에스테르수지(B)를 용융혼련한 예비혼합물과 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지(C)의 건식혼합물을 용융혼련한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출성형체.
- 제15항에 기재된 압출성형체를 1축연신 또는 2축연신하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리에스테르계 수지조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형체.
- 제17항에 기재된 사출성형체를 연신취입하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 중공성형체.
