Claims (11)
- 엔진 배기 매니폴드에서 나오는 가스를 채널형성하여 배출하는 덕트를 구비하는 종류의 내연기관용 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서,그 안에서 가스가 팽창되는 방음실과, 제 1 표준 필터와, 버퍼 플레이트와, 제 2 필터와, 집중부재-확산기 조립체를 포함하며,상기 조립체에서는 가스 유동이 외부의 두 차가운 공기 드래프트와 접촉하고 오염 가스의 일부가 난류 챔버내로 채널이동하며, 상기 난류 챔버로부터 엔진으로 흡기 가스로서 공급되고, 잔여 유동은 고정 버켓내로 방출되는 엔진 포트 부분을 갖고 분무기에서 종결되는 튜브내로 방출되며 상기 분무기로부터 배기 튜브내로 이동하고, 가스는 버켓에서 팽창되어 분무기내로 채널이동되며, 상기 분무기는 엔진으로 복귀되는 가스 회수 유출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼 플레이트는 긴 구멍을 갖고, 중앙 유동을 채널이동시키기 위해 수평으로 배치되며, 상기 중앙 구멍에 대한 여러개의 외부 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 제 1 버퍼 플레이트와 제 2 필터의 뒤에, 이전 버퍼 플레이트와 동일한 제 2 버퍼 플레이트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 집중 부재는 실린더를 포함하며, 상기 실린더는 제 1 차가운 공기 유동을 분사하는 외부에 연결되는 횡단면 튜브와, 제 2 차가운 공기 유동을 분사하는 외부 구멍용 링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 집중 부재 이후에 튜브를 구비하며, 이 튜브는 유동 외측 가스를 난류 챔버쪽으로 분기시키는 세 개의 유출 튜브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a) 내연기관의 배기 매니폴드에서 나오는 배기가스를 채널형성하여 방음실에서 신속히 팽창시키는 단계와,(b) 상기 유동에 대해 통상적인 제 1 처리를 실시하는 단계,(c) 긴 중앙 구멍과 여러개의 외측 구멍이 있는 금속 표면을 갖는 필터에서 나오는 유동에 충격을 발생시켜 유동에 존재하는 미세 물질의 일부와 차후 처리를 위해 분기될 CO를 수증기로부터 분리시키는 단계와,(d) 잔여 유동을 긴 수평 구멍을 갖는 플레이트와, 제 2 의 통상적인 필터를 통과하도록 이동시키는 단계와,(e) 필터를 나오는 유동의 속도는 증가되고, 상기 유동에는 두 개의 차가운공기 드래프트가 분사되며, 유동의 외부에 위치하는 고온 가스 부분은 차후 처리를 위해 분기되는 단계와,(f) 분기되지 않은 유동의 나머지 외측 부분은 엔진 흡기 매니폴드로 돌아가도록 상기 (c) 및 (e) 단계에서 이미 분기된 오염 가스의 나머지와 함께 분기되는 단계, 및(g) 나머지 분기되지 않은 유동은 장치를 빠져나가는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서는 가스가 감압되고 방음실에는 와류가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)에서는 가스의 속도와 온도에 손실이 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(e)에서는 제 1 외부 차가운 공기 유동이 이동 방향으로 유동 중심에 분사되고 이후 가스에는 제 2 차가운 공기 유동이 둘레 방향으로 합체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(f)에서는 이전 단계들에서의 원(original) 유동으로부터 오염가스가 분리되며 분무기 실린더로 채널이동된 후 엔진에 흡기 가스로서 송출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(f)에서는 가스가 머플러에서 배출되고, 상기 머플러에서는 최종적으로 축출되기 전에 온도가 낮아지도록 가스에 차가운 공기 유동이 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화방법.
