- 제 1항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 상기 표면상에 형성될 수 있는 코팅은 주로 알칼리-토 포스페이트(alkaline-earth phosphate)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 광물면.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리-토 포스페이트는 칼슘 포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광물면.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유와 반응할 수 있는 상기 인 화합물은 100℃를 넘어서 분해하여, 인산 또는 인 무수물을 방출하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광물면.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 인 화합물은 암모늄 포스페이트, 인산 및 암모늄 하이드로제노포스페이트(hydrogenophosphates)로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광물면.
- 광물면의 제조 방법으로서, 섬유는 주로 용융산화물로부터 형성되는데, 용융산화물의 성분은 중량%로:SiO235-60%, 바람직하게는 39-55%Al2O312-27%, 바람직하게는 16-25%CaO 0-35%, 바람직하게는 3-25%MgO 0-30%, 바람직하게는 0-15%Na2O 0-17%, 바람직하게는 6-12%K2O 0-17%, 바람직하게는 3-12%R2O(Na2O+K2O) 10-17%, 바람직하게는 12-17%P2O50-5%, 바람직하게는 0-2%Fe2O30-20%,B2O30-8%, 바람직하게는 0-4%TiO20-3%와 같고,그리고 나서 섬유의 표면에 코팅을 형성하기 위하여 섬유와 반응할 수 있는 인 화합물이 특히 스프레이 방법 또는 용액에 함침시키는 방법에 의해 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광물면의 제조 방법.
