Claims (7)
- C: 0.95 ∼ 1.10질량%, Si: 0.15 ∼ 0.70질량%, Mn: 1.15질량% 이하, Cr: 0.90 ∼ 1.60질량%, P: 0.025질량% 이하를 함유하고, 비금속 개재물 형성원소인 S 및 O 를, S: 0.025질량% 이하, O: 0.0012질량% 이하 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성분조성을 갖고, 또한 재료중에는 AlN 을 0.020질량% 이하 함유하고, 또한 산화물계 비금속 개재물의 최대 직경이, 피검 면적 (inspection area): 320㎟ 일 때에 10㎛ 를 초과하고 15㎛ 이하, 또한 원 상당 직경 (equivalent circle diameter) 이 3㎛ 이상인 산화물계 비금속 개재물의 개수가, 피검 면적: 320㎟ 일 때에 250개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 상기 화학성분에 첨가하여 추가로, Mo 를 0.10 ∼ 0.25질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 상기 화학성분에 첨가하여 추가로, Sb 를 0.0010질량% 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두께 1㎛ 이상인 황화물계 비금속 개재물의 개수가, 피검 면적: 320㎟ 일 때에 1200개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
- C: 0.95 ∼ 1.10질량%, Si: 0.15 ∼ 0.70질량%, Mn: 1.15질량% 이하, Cr: 0.90 ∼ 1.60질량%, P: 0.025질량% 이하를 함유하고, 비금속 개재물 형성원소인 S 및 O 를, S: 0.025질량% 이하, O: 0.0012질량% 이하 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성분조성을 갖고, 또한 재료중에 두께 1㎛ 이상인 황화물계 비금속 개재물의 개수가, 피검 면적: 320㎟ 일 때에 1200개 이하이고, 또한 산화물계 비금속 개재물의 최대 직경이, 피검 면적: 320㎟ 일 때에 10㎛ 를 초과하고 15㎛ 이하, 또한 원 상당 직경 3㎛ 이상인 산화물계 비금속 개재물의 개수가, 피검 면적: 320㎟ 일 때에 250개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 상기 화학성분에 첨가하여 추가로, Mo 를 0.10 ∼ 0.25질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 상기 화학성분에 첨가하여 추가로, Sb 를 0.0010질량% 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 재료.
