Claims (2)
- 저탄소강의 연강용 외피에 티타니아계를 베이스로 하는 플럭스를 충전한 가스 쉴드 아아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서,상기 플럭스는 와이어 전체 중량 100%에 대하여 중량퍼센트로 TiO24.0∼8.0%, Mn 1.0∼3.0%, Si 0.1∼1.0%, B 0.002∼0.02%, Mg 0.2∼0.45%, Al 0.15∼0.3%를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 쉴드 아아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 Al 대비 상기 Mg의 함유비율이 1.45 이상 1.55 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 쉴드 아아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
