Claims (5)
- 외면에 물체가 접촉되어 무동력으로 회전하는 압축공기의 공급으로 부상하는 로울러에 있어서, 회전축의 레이디얼 방향의 내주면에 미세홈을 정밀 가공하여 회전시 동압의 발생이 가능하도록 하는 공기압을 이용한 하이브리드형 부상 무접촉 로울러 시스템
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고정축의 레이디얼 방향의 외주면에 미세홈을 정밀 가공하여 회전시 동압의 발생이 가능하도록 하는 공기압을 이용한 하이브리드형 부상 무접촉 로울러 시스템
- 제 1항에 있어서, 회전축의 트러스트 방향의 외주면에 미세홈을 정밀 가공하여 회전시 동압의 발생이 가능하도록 하는 공기압을 이용한 하이브리드형 부상 무접촉 로울러 시스템
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고정축의 트러스트 방향의 내주면에 미세홈을 정밀 가공하여 회전시 동압의 발생이 가능하도록 하는 공기압을 이용한 하이브리드형 부상 무접촉 로울러 시스템
- 본 발명에 있어서 고정자와 회전자의 결합부분에 테이퍼를 가공하여 조립 및 점검시 정삭적인 유막층을 형성하기 위하여 유막층을 로울러 양쪽의 보올트로 조절할 수 있는 시스템
