Claims (14)
- 화학식 1의 형광체.화학식 1(1-x)CaO·xEu(O)·yMgO·nSiO2위의 화학식 1에서,x, y 및 n은 각각 몰 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, x, y 및 n의 몰 수가 각각 0.001 ≤x ≤0.5, 0.1 ≤y ≤2 및 1 ≤n ≤3을 충족시키는 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, x, y 및 n의 몰 수가 각각 x=0.02, y=1.0 및 2.0 ≤n ≤2.4를 충족시키는 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, x, y 및 n의 몰 수가 각각 x=0.02, y=1.0 및 n=2.2를 충족시키는 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, x, y 및 n의 몰 수가 각각 x=0.02, y=1.0 및 n=2.0을 충족시키는 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, x, y 및 n의 몰 수가 각각 x=0.02, y=1.0 및 n=2.4를 충족시키는 형광체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 형광체를 포함하는 형광 램프.
- 적색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 청색 발광 형광체의 혼합물을 포함하는 삼파장 영역 발광형 형광 램프에 있어서,청색 발광 형광체가 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 형광체임을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 수은 휘선(輝線)을 여기 공급원으로서 포함하는 형광 램프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 냉음극형 구조의 형광 램프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 열음극형 구조의 형광 램프.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수은 휘선을 여기 공급원으로서 포함하는 형광 램프.
