Claims (20)
- 하기 화학식 I의 화합물 및 이의 제약상 허용가능한 염 및 이성질체:<화학식 I>상기 식에서,R1은 (i) 페닐; (ii) 피리디닐; (iii) 티오페닐; (iv) 푸라닐; (v) 이미다졸릴; 및 (vi) 트리아졸릴로부터 선택되고,여기서, 각각의 페닐 고리 및 헤테로방향족 고리는 임의로 및 독립적으로 직쇄 및 분지쇄 C1-C6알킬, NO2, CF3, C1-C6알콕시, 염소, 불소, 브롬 및 요오드로부터 선택된 1, 2 또는 3개의 치환체에 의해 추가로 치환될 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리(들) 상에서의 임의의 치환체(들)이 NO2, 이소-부틸, CF3, 메톡시, 메틸 또는 염소로부터 선택된 것인 화합물.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (+)-거울상이성질체로 존재하는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (-)-거울상이성질체로 존재하는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 히드로클로라이드, 술페이트, 타르트레이트 또는 시트레이트 염의 형태인 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, (+)4-[(4-벤질-1-피페라지닐)(8-퀴놀리닐)메틸]-N,N-디에틸벤즈아미드 및 (+)4-[[4-(4-메틸벤질)-1-피페라지닐](8-퀴놀리닐)메틸]-N,N-디에틸벤즈아미드 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, (-)4-[(4-벤질-1-피페라지닐)(8-퀴놀리닐)메틸]-N,N-디에틸벤즈아미드 및 (-)4-[[4-(4-메틸벤질)-1-피페라지닐](8-퀴놀리닐)메틸]-N,N-디에틸벤즈아미드 중 어느 하나로부터 선택된 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치료에 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 치료가 동통 경감 (management)을 위한 것인 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 치료가 위장관 장애에 관한 것인 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 치료가 척추 손상에 관한 것인 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 치료가 교감신경계의 장애에 관한 것인 화합물.
- 동통 치료용 의약의 제조를 위한 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물의 용도.
- 위장관 장애 치료용 의약의 제조를 위한 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물의 용도.
- 척추 손상 치료용 의약의 제조를 위한 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물의 용도.
- 활성 성분으로서의 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물 및 약물학적으로 허용가능하고 제약상 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 제약 조성물.
- 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물의 유효량을 동통을 경감시킬 필요가 있는 대상에게 투여함으로써 동통을 치료하는 방법.
- 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물의 유효량을 위장관 장애를 앓는 대상에게 투여함으로써 위장관 장애를 치료하는 방법.
- 제1항의 화학식 I의 화합물의 유효량을 척추 손상이 있는 대상에게 투여함으로써 척추 손상을 치료하는 방법.
